Well I took a quick look and looks like the boots you can get are:
+1-3 Concealment
+4 Accuracy
+4 Stability
+3% Experience and money for you and your team
-4 Accuracy (For shotguns).
+Total ammo (The numbers varies depending if the weapon is a sniper rifle, a saw, a minigun, a flamethower, a bow or a crossbow).

I think that is all of them.

Either way i used up all my Gage coins and got 17 team boosts
The next infamies are gonna be much, MUCH easier now

note you can also edit gage coins so they give you like 30,000 gage coins per assignment so its like printing boosts, meaning the boosts are not valuable at all anymore meaning it's somewhat safe to play

if they patch it to be handled server side they've gone straight back to square one

I did it, it's working but we did deploy the armor bag (all players on all days) like the christmas chevo requires. It's not specified in the job description but I'm pretty sure you need to.
