What if this guy is actually Jiro's son, Tenko, and Jiro just joined the Payday gang to have his revenge on Houston?

Point Break heists will definitely be cheaper later on, it's 10% off now because they've just been released.
Everything apart from that is probably at the best deal it's going to be on, unless they reduce the price of more DLC like they did with the early stuff.
If you can wait for the Point Break heists, do that.

to be fair there are a significant number of infamy 25 cheaters who have no fucking clue what they're doing
i'd be more willing to listen to an infamy 10 to 24 than a 25-100 that i have no clue whether they earned that or not

I'd rather not waste money on Hotline Miami 2 Deluxe, the fact that an entire character pack is locked behind that is pretty dumb.

The deluxe upgrade is cheaper than any of the other character packs though?
It also has the HLM2 prequel comics and some remixes from the soundtrack, so arguably a better deal than other character packs.
You could argue that it's dumb that unlocking the pack requires purchasing HLM2, but I have a hard time imagining someone wanting to play as Jacket in other games who wouldn't also want to own and play HLM2.

Yeah but you have to take into count that people have to own Hotline Miami 2 in the first place, so that adds up.
Plus, I thought Hotline Miami 2 was complete garbage compared to the 1st one, so I'd rather not waste my money on it. But I want the character pack because Jacket's a cool character, and his weapons are nice.
