One barrel, one stock are unique. Other mods are old ones: ammo types, muzzles, lasers/flashlights and boosts.

Its weird that seeing the Ithaca, literally the first thing that went through my head was Ashley from Resident Evil 4 shouting "Leon!" and picturing Leon Kennedy wielding his.

A lot of the melee anims post CF2015 are broken one way or another. It either boils down to the weapon not following your hand (like in your vid) or the melee animation variations not having the same animation duration.
More on that, why did they decide it was acceptable for the baseball bat and similar to use the greatsword animations and still stab?
If the DLC is really THAT good I might get it. I'm pretty interested in the shotgun

Oh come on, PaperMartin hasn't said anything to imply that he was [B]strongly[/B] against this DLC or that he wouldn't buy it.
He's made some jokes and pointed out how ridiculous the concept is, as well as mentioning that everything we knew at the time suggested it was going to be another bad DLC, like the chivalry pack.

Here are few of his posts where he mentions looking forward to the shotgun, pretty much the only reason anyone would have to buy this DLC if they really can't stand the meme premise.
You act as though nobody else in the thread says conflicting things about DLC, or changes their opinion about DLC. Again though, the guy hasn't really been that negative about the DLC, he's just said that it was a stupid concept, the heist looked uninteresting, and it was another crossover DLC nobody wanted:

So. i'm kinda new to payday. How do I properly stealth a level? I set down ECM jammers and once they go out, the civs still call the police. How do I get them to not call the police?

Keep them down.
ECM's aren't a catch-all; you need to shout at civilians to keep them down and make sure they don't try to escape/go for a phone/go for a panic button. ECM's last for a duration, and in that duration, mostly anything can't get through to police, until it's over.
Use your cable ties wisely. Whoever you don't tie down, you'll either have to make sure they stay down, or as some less-professional players do, put a bullet in them.
As for guards and cameras, you can answer only up to 4 pagers until you can't do any more.
Cameras are blocked by ECM's, but on nearly all heists, you can find a camera operator and dispose of them to disable most or all cameras permanently. Some maps may require you to do something special (kill 2 camera operators, hack a certain thing) to disable cameras. Some, your only choice is to break cameras.
When you break a camera, a guard will be picked at random, and they will investigate it. When they see the broken camera, they will attempt to phone it in and sound the alarm.
Harder stealth heists rely on your avoidance, rather than your skills in dispatching civilians and guards. Give it some time and effort, and you should get the hang of it.

You need to tie them up. Holding the interact key on them will do the trick. You only have 2 cable ties, meaning only two guys won't try to call the police. You have to keep shouting at the rest (mashing the interact key) to keep them on the ground and away from their phones. And if all of that sounds like too much work just shoot them. Investing skill points into the mastermind tree can help you avoid being a bloodthirsty civi killer, since there are skills that increase the effectiveness of your shout, give you more cable ties and etc.

So the heist is, honestly not too bad
Day 1 has more to do than just "Sit next to this drill for a few minutes" and Day 2 has a driving sequence that i honestly kind of enjoy
The crossover choice was stupid but i guess it's crazy enough for vlad?
