It's kinda hard to make anything out, most notably the logo keeps fading into and out of the background making it hard to focus on it

Same, I'm not so bothered by the payout inconsistency from a gameplay perspective. It just feels really weird in-story. The Payday Gang have always seemed to be about the money, but hardly any of the jobs compare to the profit of just making a few bags of meth. So why do they keep doing jobs like The Big Bank or Aftershock or whatever?

might just be my tastes but i think it might just look better and less out-of-place if u kept the theming like other loadout screens, so blue bg and the foreground "contract" pic to be that inverted black/white thing they use

Looks like a standard OVERKILL skin design to me.
To be fair, most of the skins from the Dallas safe and some of the ones from the Bodhi Safe aren't too terrible. The more simple designs actually kind of work, like Reptilian Russkie AK or the Kapu Eagle Heavy Rifle. Honestly some of the most god-awful ones come from the COVK Safe, which sucks for those own it :/

Looks better, but I would "unite" the colors a bit more. The big "V" logo, black and red on blue background, tends to make the player focus on it a bit more than needed. But considering the unique nature of the mod, it's important to make it stand out from the usual menus though. The green flash/blur seems too much in that regard.
If you go for a menu with 2 main colours, in this case blue and red (instead of the default blue only), that underlines the unofficial character of the campaign, which is great. So that's my two cents.
Also, any ETA on the mod? Is the level itself done?
I managed to get the Dallas drill yesterday and had the safe already, so I opened it, got a bronco skin that was pretty good. At least the thing isn't gaudy and chrome anymore.
