You know as much as i was wanting a Mega Kawaii mask, I feel like they've messed up a tad with this design.
Not that i mind the sailor moon/magical girl design to incorporate the "mega" additions, but this isn't Kawaii girl, this is some odd-ball OC/relative.
The pigtails are way too high up, the hair and eyes aren't the right color, the goofy mouth expression and etc all kinda mess with it.
If i was OVK, id do some tweaking to it so that it was more of a "Mega Kawaii", not "Kawaii's Older Sister".

Lower the pig tails, change the hair color to any shade of purple even if it isn't the same, maybe try to fix the goofy smile somehow maybe with a tooth or changing it.
Or at least make the mask when you customize it with a material and pattern that it only effects the hair similar to some other masks, so we can give it different hair colors instead having a huge battle over patterns and colors like the original mask suffers from.
Didn't OVK say these two masks were totally original? I like the predator one but the Plague Doctor one is more original than the Kawaii mask.

You can't really see it since her, what I'll call and are supposed to be "hands", are in the way but I drew the collar of her sailor top in a way that it resembles your typical suit lapels.

I like it to be honest. Good to see that they are adding more details to the visuals instead of just throwing radiocative glitter to the masks.

They show people concepts to tell them that they're working on them and to satisfy those who bought the COP pack. Do you really think you saying anything about the mask concepts will somehow change the final result? That's laughable.

Yes, that's why they chose to do a COP version for the kawaii mask too, because a big part of the community wanted it. I think they meant general choices, general support and gameplay changes when they said "We want to get the community more involved" not mask design feedback. Unless the mask is so disliked that they have to change it.

Turrets are no longer instantly destroyed by flamethrowers. Goat Pro is now needed for difficulty masks.
Turrets are more easily destroyed nowadays after the crimefest change anyway
Without having to spend too much ammo
beneath the mountain turret work like the older one and can be a pain in the ass though
