I'll try to go in as much detail as I can remember;
Day 1 was basically a remake of The Diamond Heist from PDTH, but in a different place.
Day 2 was the diamond heist from PD2 itself, not much has changed.
Day 3 was probably about meeting a female contact on a bridge to make an exchange, only for the crew to realize it was a police ambush. At this point the crew chases the woman back to a house where she locks herself in, and you have to blow up the foundations of the house to make sure she dies. Seemed interesting, really.

Heat Street is honestly a map I could do without. Give me Diamond Heist and Green Bridge. Or Panic Room. I think giving panic room some stealth would be interesting. Clear the apartment then keep from being seen as you cut the panic room out. It'd ultimately have to go loud at that point though. Unless stealthing let you open the panic room to remove everything by hand.
Heat Street will be 1000000000% worse with SWAT vans.
But Heat Street was fun and challenging. Cop visibility problems in PD1 aside, it coming out to PD2 would probably be really fun. We have lots of long range weapons so you can cheese the fuck out of it no problem.

[/QUOTE]There's a variety of things we look at, like unused audio, leaked strings/string IDs, the mission files, etc.
alright, so i was playing bank heist stealth DW, we did everything, killed all civs, answered all pagers, and killed outside civs too, we put the drill, then halfway through.. the alarm tripped.. except the music didnt change, it was still in stealth mode, 2 police cars showed up, yet music is all same, as if it was stealth.
once the alarm tripped, i got shocked and immedialty window tabbed to grab FRAPS, the game went too laggy by then, couldnt continue to record

pay attention to the music, its still stealth???
a chopper also came and dropped a dozer and 3 swats, we killed them then escaped with bags, we got xp and money but .. we got escape stage too.. we all died and the game crashed.

Out of all heist remakes I want, Heat Street is one of the ones I want the most! I really liked the challenge it gave, it was a pretty on the move map in contrast to the usual "hold the fort" objectives. I found that a lot of fun.

With how badly turrets destroy bots, I think it might be impossible unless they make Matt invincible and always moving as long as a player is near him

because most of the time they only took down your armour not your armour and a good portion of your health
and also they didn't have the sound that is on par with the headshots with a helmet in csgo

Somebody was probably fucking around with pocohud, then proceeded to do the glitch that actually triggers the alarm by falling through the map

Cut closer to release than the other posts mention, the lower floor was about twice as large. If things went loud, you would go through that area to get to where the Diamond was stored once it sank into the floor.
I'm probably late as hell to this, but I've always wondered why my shotguns and other per-shell loaded weapons would sometimes only load one round at a time.
Turns out the flag that would trigger the reloading action to stop, said flag being activated if you try to shoot while reloading, [U][I]isn't removed if you cancel the whole thing by sprinting[/I][/U]. So that means the next time you start reloading after sprinting, you'll stop after loading one round :v:

its caused by some trigger which has been in the game since the start. when you walk into it the alarm goes off and then cops in the cars come. if you kill the cops in the car before they call in a body then you stay in stealth. snipers and helicopters will spawn later on too but they wont call in any bodies.
to trigger it you have to teleport through one of the invisible walls blocking the street
Speaking of weirdness, I don't know if they fixed it yet, but last year there was a copcar in Mall Crashers that would arrive twice. It would pull up, then vanish, and pull up again. If you jumped on it as soon as it showed up, you would get teleported with it. Unlike it though, you were unable to reenter the playable area, and had to leave the game or go into custody and get traded.
If I remember correctly Meltdown was originally a Butcher heist about stealing some data, not being able to determine which server it was being kept on, then deciding to steal all of them just to make sure
I think I might be one of the few people that completely forgot about Heat Street. Hopefully we get Diamond Heist as well.
I'm hoping for stealthable Panic Room.
