it looks terrifying, can't wait to replicate my nightmare kawaii on this one.
The poster for the website kind of debuts the use of Octane Render for promotional material. Here it is without the masks~ [t]http://i.imgur.com/7WhniTa.jpg[/t]

Damn, the mega kawaii kind of sucks. Should have kept the angry face that it has in the stock one.
Wow, you people can be really unappreciative..

perfected. [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/321250265690378124/0F30F1CF64FE34CA2DE66EADD21F6625F0EB3735/[/t]
Black Ops difficulty (the name is a placeholder) has a general plot hook: A creepy new anonymous hacker working for a similarly murky government agency, a sort of g-man Bain, takes over anti-payday crew activities, and begins by hacking and crippling crimenet. This enemy, who should preferably combine intimidating malice with hilarious rage when things don't go his way, frequently knows your plans almost as soon as you do, and can do everything in his power to stop you. In mission terms, this means a large number of surprising and unpleasant twists in the progression of familiar heists. It's a kind of Murphy's Law situation; on Black Ops, the escape van doesn't arrive, the police are waiting for you, and Alex is your only pilot. The details of these changes vary by map. In enemy health/damage terms, Black Ops is between Overkill and Death Wish. The philosophy is that qualitative changes to gameplay can shake things up and keep endgame pressure and difficulty engaging in a way that DW black dozers really can't. Black Ops additions: No assets/preplanning. In a couple cases(Alesso), the gang gets additional equipment, but generally changes to the heist mean normal plans are being thrown out the window. Black Ops guards- appear in some stealthable maps/locations in Black Ops. generally identical to normal guards, but cannot be intimidated. Most Black Ops changes in stealth involve specific scripting changes, so I won't go into them. Black Ops SWAT- these are the Black Ops equivalent of Gensec elites. they replace a number of weaker generic enemies in unit spawn pools, particularly green SWAT. Like gensec elites, they tend to coordinate more and are not armored. Their main gameplay differences are that they will not surrender, use smoke grenades more often, and are highly resistant to the mechanics that make enemies cower or dodge. BO Dozers- Dozers on BO gain the ability to run. Additionally, green dozer damage can penetrate, meaning residual damage after armor break is applied to health. Dozers gain extreme resistance to explosive damage, meaning the RPG isn't very effective against them. "Demodozers" - on some maps, Bain will announce that a Dozer is headed for the drill (e.g.). This dozer makes a beeline for the mission critical objective and attempts to place C4 on it before attacking players like normal. If the C4 is placed and not quickly disarmed, the drill or other object is destroyed and the team must wait for/retrieve a replacement. BO Tasers- the tase effect downs the player faster, and causes more extreme screen shifting while being tased. BO Cloakers- no longer make feedback sounds. Vent and hiding locations will be added/changed. BO Shields- no particular changes. Will be scripted to block objectives in some heists. BO Snipers- no particular changes. Positions will be made worse. On some heists Bain will warn the team before a large number of snipers spawns simultaneously. BO Turret- added explosive resistance. Slightly reduced reload time. Trying to incentivize ECM use and avoidance, here. BO Winters- added fire and explosive resistance. Scripted on some heists to arrive at an especially bad time. Defense position sometimes changed to more exposed location.
The poster for the website kind of debuts the use of Octane Render for promotional material. Does this mean it's going to see use for a larger scope of material in the future?
Wow, you people can be really unappreciative..
It's just criticism man. They demoed one that just had the little tiara & the little pigtie thingies and that was seriously good enough. Adding the smile, fucking up the eyes, etc kinda wrecked it. Keep in mind anime is the final condemnation of mankind so it is pretty heretical anyways
"Fixed an issue where players could avoid bleed out after Swansong by getting tased." Oh I can hear the screams of several players I know who use that glitch.
The fire extinguishers on Golden Grin Casino no longer cause lethal explosions
Now we can stop hunting those things at the start and avoid getting downed through walls.
I'm very excited about the camera fixes on Golden Grin. That heist is shambling toward enjoyability.
1GB update for 5 masks and 1GB beta for Perk Decks update? Zdann, I summon you!

Like, ridiculously fast. :v:

Chibi-kawaii, surely.
I wonder how long it takes until you guys realize there are other masks.
I wonder how long it takes until you guys realize there are other masks.
shh, pretending to be a weeb is the hippest of all internet memes
The plague doctor mask is pretty nice, Kinda sad I missed it as I never liked the original. Still don't regret missing the overkill pack tho.
dunno how I feel about making a version of the DW mask available for "free" use. players can use it despite not having the achievement for it. also the DW mask is the only one out of the 5 without any neat particle effect outside of standard glow? laaaaame. coulda added smoke through nostrils. I dunno, whatever I guess. suppose the principle could apply to the plague doctor and non-infamy players, but infamy is so dime-a-dozen nowadays.
So apparently it is unfair that I got to waste £15 on some glowey masks according to my friend, and they should be available for new players. Despite the countless times I told him it was a shitty cosmetic £15 donation that was limited edition.
try again
If you have specific objections, let me know- one thing I should clarify is that cloakers still make their charge sound, just not the constant ambient buzz. What do folks think would be the response if overkill actually did make the COP available again?
I wonder how long it takes until you guys realize there are other masks.
Implying we didn't

Am I super late on this? There's a bunch of internal stuff referencing a new heister called "Jimmy" And his new DLC internally called coco. Edit: So, here's a chopped down version of what I got, not sure if this is new or not.
guis/dlcs/coco/textures/pd2/blackmarket/icons/characters/jimmy units/pd2_dlc_coco/masks/jimmy/msk_jimmy units/pd2_dlc_coco/masks/jimmy_begins/jimmy_begins_df units/pd2_dlc_coco/weapons/wpn_fps_smg_sr2/wpn_fps_smg_sr2 units/pd2_dlc_coco/weapons/wpn_fps_smg_x_sr2/wpn_fps_smg_x_sr2
Seems he might be bringing the option to akimbo smgs judging from the animation sets for regular and x_variant of the SR2 smg.
