On an unrelated note, I've been trying out the Raven after the rebalance. It's pretty damn good for a MasterForcer Grinder build I'm running.
How is Grinder anyway? Heard it got a nerf one time, and I'm thinking of getting the Sokol pack(somehow) just for the perk deck, and maybe for Sokol, because he's so cool.

Grinder completely negates any need I ever had for armor.

The "nerf" toned back the amount of health gained in the short term, but increased the amount gained over the long term. It's still a really good perk deck to the point where it's my go to for a loud heist. I'd definitely recommend the Sokol pack for both the character and perk deck, the rifle I cannot say since I haven't used it after the weapon re-balance.

the way grinder works atm is better than it used to be, certainly not as OP considering you can't tank as hard, your health doesn't regen as fast as the cops damage you now for the mostpart
Tried Grinder for memehouse and it was kinda bad since they shoot you instantly for tons of damage every hit. You can recover from the initial burst but I find the Muscle max health helps way more with takedowns. It's good on everything else though
Also while messing around with weapon stats, I found that accuracy also changes visual recoil. A gun with 100 stability but 60-70 accuracy still freaks the FUCK out, but change that to 100 accuracy and 60 stability and it's suddenly perfectly still when you fire.
Shouldn't it be the other way around? Making accuracy just randomly increase your bullet spread might be too gamey but making accuracy control your weapons' stability feels kinda backwards.
Edit: I haven't extensively tested it, only with 2 LMGs and 2 ARs, so keep that in mind.
I prefer muscle since even though the regen is slow, you can still tank damage with armor if you use cover smart enough and regain your health
It saved me during Overdrill
Muscle and Grinder are good ways to gain back the health lost when suffered from a cloakout, since then, you don't have to worry about running around with 40% hp or less. I use Muscle with suit, and it surprisingly works.
on DW i think muscle or anything that regens health is a must have, especially for when you get downed

LWBV for that extra bit of protection, suit for the dodge chance, etc.
I'm running a Grinder Ghost-Fugi, invested heavily into dodge and suppressed damage, with dubble diggles and I'm crushing everything in my way.
