What pisses me off now is that the 7 DLC that COP owners got, what if some own them already? Why wouldn't the duplicated ones go to our steam inventories as gifts? That would be better

One of my friends showed me that Sociopath perk deck bonus isn't "Increases the chances of finding an Infamous item by 10%", but "Increases the changes of finding an Infamous item by 2", and idk if that means it's higher or lower than the regular, but my friend while using Sociopath got 2 infamous items within an hour or 2 so...
