Are there any mods or cheats that let you add in masks and patterns of your choosing?
Mask making is one of the best elements of payday 2 for me, and i often like to do multiple takes on the same mask, but ive found that i can't reuse some of my favourite masks and patterns because it's only possible to obtain one copy of them.

Do you have any sound mods installed? Anything that messes with the music bnk causes new tracks not to play.

If you have any music mod, remove it. Always check if mods are conflicting before trying to blame Overkill for anything.

It might be OVK to have it installed all the time just for that though, so you could just install and spam it some times before uninstalling, if you want to play fair.
