Could9 had 2 molotov's blocked in a row by the train with came by at random times and people argued that the train lost Cloud9 the match, in the end in the latest update volvo made it so that it always comes by 10 seconds after T's leave spawn so it is predictable.

Ramen is one of them instant noodle things that you can buy for dirt cheap.
It's not too hard to google how to cook rice, and the cooking methods for it aren't really that cryptic either.
