I just joined a server (a completely legitimate one, that I've visited for years) and a command prompt opened up and quickly disappeared, and brought me to the desktop. Should I be worried?

My way to cook rice:

2dl of water per dl of rice.

Pour water into container, add rice.
Heat to a boil, then lower heat to 1/3 or 1/4th of the available heat (3/12 or 2/6) and let it simmer for about 3-5minutes.
Remove from stove when there is no water showing when you tilt the container about 45 degrees, else let sit for a few more minutes.

Depending on the type of rice, you may want some water to remain, mostly for Jasmine rice (to make it a bit less sticky when scooping it up), else there should be no excess water left.

Well, not gonna renew my esea subscrition I think. I like to solo q and thought it'd be a better experience on esea. At first everything was nice getting matched against other solo queuers, now all I'm getting matched against is actual teams who use the pugs to practice and stomp you completely unless you get excellent teamwork in your team.

So I just met cloud 9 in Montreal. Tweeted n0thing and said I could meet them at the lobby of their hotel. Talked for a few minutes while my friend got some signatures. I didn't take pictures because it would be rude to pull out my phone and take pictures as they talked to us. Everyone was there except sean because he was sleeping.

Anyways eswc was 18+ because they serve alcohol apparently. n0thing and Freakazoid told us to meet them outside the venue in the morning and they'll try to escort us in, since under 18 players are able to get in.

What im saying is, if youre bottom frag, youre less likely to get upranked. Which is stupid because it depends so much on which position you play or which role you fulfill or which bomb site the T's tend to attack. You dont have to get many frags to do your job properly.

Alot of the time there is no reason at all, people just like to vote kick someone off a team at the end of the game that's almost won because " MEGA LOL's" or some other such childish bollocks. Does not even have to be a premade of any number either, simply not speaking the same language as the rest of the team can lead to you getting booted because you're the outsider even if you're the best player, provide weapon drops out of your cash, hand out all the AWPs you liberate, let someone else defuse a bomb so on and so on.

CS has alwaybe been full of assholes but CS:GO is by far and away the worst one yet and a lot of that is because GO make's it really bloody easy and 'profitable' because most players are playing for the sake of their rank.

It makes sense for a game where the Ts didn't attack your site much to count less. You might be playing perfectly fine, but your ability to hold a site wasn't tested, so there's no data to rate you on.

Happened to me a few times. The one I remember most is when I was carrying the team to the winning then I got kicked when the game was 14-4. Yeah, out of nowhere the stupid shitheads decided to votekick me. The game ended 15-15, lol. I can only congratulate them for such stupidity.

Because of my circumstances around ranking up and that of my friends, I'm inclined to say it means very little what you score. I've ranked up playing like turgid dogshit bottom fragger of both teams while my friend who's near the top and the same rank as me didn't move despite us both playing the same number of games and ranking up in the same game last time.

MVP's likely matter because i had more, kills and deaths don't.

On-Topic: Does anyone know any performance tips for playing on linux? It seems that after I switched from windows to linux, my performance is in the trash. I used to be able to play at approximately 120 fps on 1280x720, but now I'm getting lots of drops and bad tearing.

Put still even when you dont get kils holding your site, youre still relevent to the team. Lets take soccer as an example. If your defense is so good that you as a goalie dont have to do anything, youre still relevant to the win, because if you werent there the other team has more possiblities to win the game, like just shooting over your defense.

It depends, if you mostly killed players higher elo than you, than your kills are more worth than your friends kills of lower elo players.
