I always play music or shit in general. My keypad is bound to quotes from bots and radio commands from CS:S.

It's always great winning a strong T half and playing New Energy by Saleel Al-Sawarim at halftime/end of game.

I got a stattrak Naga deagle a while ago and recently sold it because I realized that I simply like the default more. It amazes me how awful a lot of the skins look in this game for the price people sell them at; there's a reason I never wanted to get an AK47 skin.

It's overplayed because it's the most balanced map in the game, thus making it the most popular, thus making it overplayed.

Actually since Overpass has been getting updated I feel like Dust2 might have a competitor, but I don't have the statistics on it for the most recent changes.

before the first loss (11-16) I was on a 6 winstreak never being lower than 3rd (even though some told me it doesnt matter) and I've only played with nova master/3/2s (my current rank is gnm). any reason?

I'm well on my way to becoming a GE Dust2 Rat, but I wouldn't say that it's all time wasted, because you will learn things along the way, such as better ways to peak corners, throwing flashes/smokes more consistently, aiming at head level more of the time, things like that.

I'm LEM currently, but while 95% of my playtime is on Dust 2, I still feel like I can at least hold my own in other alien maps purely from reactions and winning aimduels alone. I can learn basic paths and angles to watch from like, 5 rounds into a completely foreign map to me, and it would be against people at MY level.

So to answer the question eventually, I don't regret my decision to do what I do currently, and would definitely recommend knowing a map more than you know your mother's name.

EDIT: I guess my point is that if you are High-Awesome at 2-3 maps, it is almost impossible to be Shit-Low on other maps. Like, if silvers practised on a certain, new, unreleased map in beta for hundreds of hours, then the map was released to the public, and a group of 5 LEMs faced off against them, the LEMs would definitely win regardless of map knowledge.

One guy kept saying "phoenix" on overpass and i had no fucking clue what that was, turns out it's connector and apparently I'm only one who calls it connector according to him and his two friends in that match

I've heard so many different names for areas on the B site. For example:

Graffiti, silver, noob, gaycorner for the area outside of the lower CT entrance to B.

Monster, water, canals, tunnel, ramp for the lower T entrance to B.

Friberg, barrels, headshot, ninja for the barrels next to the site.

Window, heaven, balcony, sniper nest for the balcony overlooking the site.

Also, am I the only one who sometimes prefers that some players rather skip callout than using their shitty mic which sounds like they are sitting in middle of some saudi market on street and you literally hear hundreads of people in their background?

Toilets is actually called restroom but ok lol. I know it doesn't really matter what you call it as long as your team mate knows what the hell you are saying but i mean I've heard people say stuff like "oh dude he is at um stairs, paint bucket place thingy"
