As someone who plays only solo queue MM in eastern European servers: the only reason Russians are being dicks to you is because you're being a provocative asshole, with some exceptions here and there. I have a hunch that Russians aren't the only people that dislike you. If you don't act like a dick to people, people will do the same.
I have a bad accent that nobody understands so I never ever communicate anything apart from callouts or the usual "nice try" or "unlucky" whenever someone loses a clutch. I'm really not confrontational at all, rather just go on a forum and bitch after the game.
However, I've played solo queue MM in high ELO games (LEM-GE) so I guess the people there are completely different compared to something like novas and master guardians.
That's probably it. I'm really bad and I guess the toxic people tend to hover around my skill level. :(
That's probably it. I'm really bad and I guess the toxic people tend to hover around my skill level. :(
I know how you feel. I used to play LoL and I'm really bad at mobas so I was playing in bronze-silver ELO matches all the time. Don't think I've met any decent people there at all, pretty sure the same thing applies here then.
How can you guys encounter spinbotters or wallers so frequently? I've only had 2-3 wallhackers on my 480hr account
I've been asking this same question to my friends. Maybe I only get matched with hackers that aren't totally obvious.

I love how cheap the sound effect for the unsilenced USB is is there even a point to taking the silencers off? The only time I do it is when my middle finger twitches.
is there even a point to taking the silencers off? The only time I do it is when my middle finger twitches.
nope, it makes it worse in every way, same with the m4a1-s it makes them look way cooler though
So I just got around to spend another $3 on my faithful M4, I love it so much, it was my first skin worth more than $1 I had in my account [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/448458176295664513/4E39459726ED0F3E0CAA65413B79480AFE29FDD7/[/t] [sp]Asiimovs are beautiful, the Nerf guns need more love[/sp]
So, on my main I'm MG1, but my smurf's hidden rank is DMG. Are american players worse than euro? That is, is american dmg == euro dmg or is euro dmg better?
nope, it makes it worse in every way, same with the m4a1-s it makes them look way cooler though
Well not in every way with the M4a1. There are some, albeit few situations where the silencer peeks out of corners, so by removing it you wont be spotted.
People who are good enough to know why you would ever remove a silencer know you should never remove the silencer. You literally just aim a bit into the corner and voila.
How can you guys encounter spinbotters or wallers so frequently? I've only had 2-3 wallhackers on my 480hr account
Varies with rank a lot I believe. You're far more likely to encounter hackers in the higher ranks than in the lower ranks. Primarily because the high ranks are the "final destination" for most hackers I guess
People who are good enough to know why you would ever remove a silencer know you should never remove the silencer. You literally just aim a bit into the corner and voila.
Oh all the free prefire kills from people's silencer sticking out of a small corner. That and it sounds cooler than "pew pew", so if you're at a rank where the accuracy doesn't matter (or you can hit the first shot in the first place) there's that.
So, on my main I'm MG1, but my smurf's hidden rank is DMG. Are american players worse than euro? That is, is american dmg == euro dmg or is euro dmg better?
Some say that american ranks are worse than european ranks. I think it's silly, but it may be true
So I just lost 3 games in a row top fragging in all of them and deranking from MGE, how could I make my self control better and learn to stop playing when I lose 1 game? Seriously, I hate this
From experience in most games I've played EU>NA on the queues, including LoL, Hearthstone (Constructed and arena) and CS, in all of those players of the same rank were better on EU than NA.
I've got a few hundred euros in my steam wallet after sellling a few things, what is the best way to turn it into paypal without losing too much in the conversion? Keys, a knife?
I've got a few hundred euros in my steam wallet after sellling a few things, what is the best way to turn it into paypal without losing too much in the conversion? Keys, a knife?
Keys in my opinion due to the easy of selling them.
I've got a few hundred euros in my steam wallet after sellling a few things, what is the best way to turn it into paypal without losing too much in the conversion? Keys, a knife?
Try not to buy keys from ingame or market since they're quite overpriced. Instead try and buy expensive items from the market where the price doesn't change too much and sell them on OPSkins or something where you can cashout to real cash.
When it comes to the EU and NA debate honestly it all just comes down to players. I queue with Europeans at Supreme pretty often and it feels just about the same other than the lag. You either get shitties or you get a hella hard game.

In hearthstone for instance, where lag doesn't matter, I have almost 7-win average in arena, while in EU I barely reach 6.5 wins per run

Also it's silly to talk about Arena on Hearthstone and say "eu is better than na". You have to factor in a lot of things, it isn't just skill, it's also card choices and randomness, would it be wrong to consider that you could get multiple wins from someone else not drawing properly or having a low quality deck?
What did he say after he said "If we lose" I really want to know
lol
had a match where the only gun i could land shots with was a deagle, fuck ranked up tho edit: oops fixed link
Pretty sure NA is universally viewed as worse than EU when it comes to video games except for like fighting games (and Japan is better). One of the private Dota leagues used to have a rule that you needed to be at least 5.6k MMR rating to join, unless you were US in which case it was like 5.1 or 5.2k. You even have people in the Dota thread who are 5k MMR, but they're 5k "Australian" MMR, not US or EU. Personally I think it's fucking ridiculous and statements like that just devalue the achievement. If you get to GE no matter the region you're still playing in like the top .5% of the world for CS:GO and that ain't nothing to fuck with no matter which region you do it in.
Well not in every way with the M4a1. There are some, albeit few situations where the silencer peeks out of corners, so by removing it you wont be spotted.
I suppose it could also be convenient to remove a silencer and make a bit of noise to act as a lure or decoy, but those are very specific circumstances.
Does removing the silencer do anything other than make it louder? If it made it less accurate I'd wonder what the fuck the point in it is.
calculated
The only point of taking the silencer off is to have more concealment around a corner and to make noise with the gun/decoy.
