I'm sorry but I seriously cannot understand what kind of response you were expecting.
What is there to be supportive of? You abandoned a match simply because you weren't doing well, which to me implies you're not willing to learn from your mistakes so it makes it hard (for me at least) to want to help.

Not to mention you've seemingly done this many many times going by your "4th week ban in a row" comment.

I would be more than willing to give tips, watch a demo of yours and generally just help in any way I can but your attitude and apparent unwillingness to learn is more than off-putting.

The point of playing a game is to have fun, if the game you are playing ceases to be fun, you stop playing it. That's your prerogative and like it or not it's no different for CSGO. Sure it's annoying when a teammate leaves, but fuck i work 40 hours a week, i have 3 hours of my time per night with which to enjoy myself and i have a wealth of games to pick from, so i completely understand the reasoning why people leave games. Now for the record i don't abandon my friends (even against hackers) nor do abandon random teams who have at least 1 decent human being on it, but if I'm not having fun at all and my team are all assholes, I'm leaving to make better use of my down time. I'm sure most people here are like that. So to say abandoning games is always wrong, is wrong. Hell to date iv'e only abandoned 1 game and even that was partly because of a steam error.

I 100% understand the Dunning–Kruger effect, I luckily had some chatlogs and screencaps of my league days still on my PC and wow not only was I an asshole, my scores were shit.

If smurfs can carry 30/5 or whatever in nova then so can you. I totally get that it's really frustrating when you're doing a 4v5 and one guy is some kid who think's he's the next big thing but if CS:GO frustrates you to the point where you can't play then you need to consider if you really want to be spending your time playing it. I admit I'm contemplating if I want to spend more time on it but it's really a question of if you think it's worth your time.

I doubt anyone here sincerely believes that leaving is [I]always[/I] wrong.
Things happen sometimes, interruptions such as some emergency you need to attend to.

That being said, that doesn't mean people can't be angry or upset that someone leaves their game half-way, it still sucks to have to go through the rest of a 4v5 game.
I certainly wasn't angry that LUModder left a game, was more annoyed by the fact that he says he's been 1 week banned 4 times in a row and I'm assuming it was all for leaving games.
