Sorry I'm kinda late, but this one annoyed me too until I figured out that picking up a hostage after the round ends still counts toward the mission.

I buy deagle 1st round every time and never regret it.
default + armor best for first round
fiveseven best pistol, p250 comes second
I was playing casual agency to do a mission involving getting kills with enemy weapons, as Sergei I killed 10 CT's causing T's to win the round without Sergei (me) dying.
CT's weren't too happy :v:
I prefer to be nades guy.
Have advantage over people, via blinding them and lit them up with he nades.
Also I got my first ace of this operation at Mirage.

If I sell my knife on opskins->PayPal->My bank I'm going to lose a total of 10%, then 10% of that right? I know I can buy opskins premium but that's still 5% loss, then 10% of that. Or doesn't PayPal charge anything for withdrawing money?
honestly whenever I get a knife and sell it on the steam market I just leave the money in my steam wallet and just slowly spend it on cases and new games/games on sale
Ok so I got fed up with CS and didn't play for a month, now I have no rank and turns out I can't play competitive because I need to rank up the anti-smurf thing. I guess the game is completely ignoring my hundreds of hours in game and my hundreds of competitive wins.
So anyway, what's the fastest way of ranking up? I've been doing TDM but I can tell that's going to take forever and I just want to play the fucking game.

It goes faster if you're any good at the game, and Arms Race

Paypal doesn't charge for withdrawing money, but you'll have to convert it to your local currency with a conversion rate that favours PayPal. It's not as bad as 10% though, maybe 5% at worst

1:03 pointless and very dangerous reload
1:19 another pointless hp loss by falling down without catching ladder
1:23 Absolutely terrible granade switching
And my crosshair placement is still not that good
If you can see anything else, please let me know.. I really want to work on it

I love how people that callout wallhacks don't even realize that footsteps is a very good indicator of where your opponent is and where they're going to.

The guy complaining was the one who ran into my preaimed corner as a first kill... he was running there every round, and kept complaining how bad hacker I am, and how he understands footsteps and is actualy good, not like me "dirty hacker"
you did good! but if you want us to get nit picky.. you should learn how to throw better popflashes. even if you walked back a little bit and bounched it of the wall it would have worked.

So I got far less for winning an Arms Race game than I do for coming second in TDM.
Worked my way up to $12 of skins from 30c over the past 2 weeks only to lose ALL of it because EnVyus suddenly decided that the thing that lost them the past 6 rounds was of no concern to their strategy.
10/10 would lose everything on again

Well then do TDM by all means. I usually tell people to go play TDM but they say you have to play Arms Race if you wanna be quick about it. I hope you don't count in your week win bonus, because that makes it seem like you get a lot more than you actually do

Story about how I fucked up and learned a valuable lesson.
I'll make it short.
I started gambling on one of those Pot sites and in 2 days, I've had doubled my inventory.
I tried it again next day. Lost in a 50/50, tried to work it back up.. slowly. Boom lost with 80% odds
You get where the picture is going. I lost EVERYTHING.
Upside is that I didn't really have any plans with the skins and did not invest my own money.
Basically gambling is a harsh place and I only have learned a valuable lesson after I got nothing of value left.
Obviously I have regrets, though of what I could have done with the cash,even if I had no real plans for it or anything but I guess those are only excuses for myself after the loss, because who is regretting a win.
Pretty sure I'll get over it sooner or later and in the end I think it was a good thing to finally just lose everything or else its effecting my blood pressure and had to stop somewhere.

So you bet on nV off-season, and against one of the more unpredictable teams being Na'Vi? I don't know what map it is, but in a BO1... I don't understand how you people keep going in betting.
