Counter-Strike: Global Offensive v5 "Who the fuck is Sergei?"

Does someone knows why i keep getting lagged randomly during the matches? Some matches i play fine with no lag drops, others i get lagged on the beginning, others like in half of the match and so. Is not my connection, i verified and everything is fine, even other online games i can play fine. It has been like this for 2-almost 3 weeks now
Ironically i just did a 30 bomb, killed a few guys through 'smoke' (saw their feet, as well as educated spraying, and a few lucky as fuck entry frags. Yet the enemy team decided that our bottom fragger was the hacker and spent the entire game moaning about him when he ended on with 7 - 7 - 23.
Was an unranked guy who was obviously new at the game, attoricous aim and game sense but listened to calls and tried his best which is all i want from teammates, the only thing he did which was dodgy was acually just hillariously good / bad luck depending on which team your on.
He was in a 2 v 1 situation and shot a teammate who scared him, only he missed his shots and a stray bullet passed through a door and headshot the last enemy as he was crossing mid. Can quiet categorically say it was just stupid dumb luck, he really was just startled and shot at the teammate but because his xhairs weren't settled the shot just went where ever the fuck it felt like and that just happened to be the other guys head.

Finally finished that track :)
Wow, that simply amazing. There are some really mediocre music kits in the game but that should really just be in for a main menu theme or something, its fantastic.
As a side note, and I understand it probably takes some considerable time to make some of those, but would you be able to do a more modern remake of the CS: Condition Zero theme for CS GO?
Played Cobblestone a few days ago, got 16-0'd
Played Cobblestone today, once again got 16-0'd
Never gonna finish this Cobblestone mission
:suicide:
I personally hate de_cbble in CS:GO, feels heavily butchered compared to CS:S, and the map just doesn't make sense anymore.
But Rika-chan, if you need help doing the cbble missions, its best to get a team of 10 helping u out, and just troll about in the dunnys (or as you americans may call them, outdoor mobile restrooms)
Guess my AK isn't making it out of workshop.

It actually works competitively though, even if it is admittedly a completely different map.
It's 'hard' enough to get a rank up playing maps you know without throwing in the variable of an unknown map. It's a major reason why new maps just never make it. They should bring in an unranked competitive mode and have the operation competitive missions be in unranked.
People are just too scared of deranking / losing a potential rank up to even entertain the idea of playing an unknown map. That's not my opinion of new maps btw i actually like a lot of them, they just never get given the chance.

Don't step on lego guys.

Tried playing overpass for the first time yesterday(LE). Didn't go so hot.
No clue why I didn't try it on my smurf first.
*bring back bazaar<3*

Luckily I didn't derank.

I doubt many pros bother to play new maps, they have the 8 or so maps to practice already.
If I didn't have a flash/smoke guide readily available...jamiew *cough cough* I wouldn't really bother with new maps.
Other than log/zoo, because of how ridiculous they are.
Speaking of which, is season on any pro tournament map selections?
any people into web development?
csgojackpot is pretty big and tf2 just pretty much became csgo with the crates dropping wep skins.
Thinking the undertaking would be a huge profit for whoever pulls it off.

Scrap.tf already made a jackpot clone and it sucks.
How do you know if it's OW or VAC ban
Game ban on profile rather then Vac Ban
So I played a game of overpass with my team yesterday and I decided to step it up as igl, it's so satisfying when your calls/position prediction actually work! It was a god damn intense game but we won 16-14 and I almoost dropped a 40 bomb.
I like to entry myself when I make the calls and I got some really sweet headshots and some good re-frags if a teammate went down so I'm more then happy about that game :v:
Hey, does one of you lem/ge playets mind looking at the demo when I get home? We did well but there is always room for improvement and I want to learn as much as possible!

TBH it resembles redline too much. your color palette couldve been white red black and you couldve focused on gambling cards which is a topic no workshop users have thought of utilising. I say go back and make that future covert AK!
[editline]2nd July 2015[/editline]
I can see it right now; "AK-47 | Gambler"
[editline]2nd July 2015[/editline]
Heres an idea from me, make the back of the gun poker chips, meanwhile put up decals simillar to this

make the last card an ace of spades, and make the grip, stock and handguard white. now this is not something you see everyday in workshop :words:
[editline]2nd July 2015[/editline]
Oh oh oh have a little green saturated on the background just like a poker table
would you be able to do a more modern remake of the CS: Condition Zero theme for CS GO?
Oh wow, I had exact same idea at first, but then I decided to go original.

it looks kinda plain imo
I would've integrated actual cards if that's the theme you're going for. Something like this maybe to start off?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/Yih2MsJ.png[/t]
I also liked that poker chips idea above me you can cover the top with that. Right now it's basically Redline V2.0 with some icons.
There's good potential for a gambling-themed skin considering how huge gambling is in csgo

I was wondering why it took so long to go through the smoke :v:
Why are you using a UMP? I've never seen someone choose to use a UMP
The UMP's actually pretty good imo, it's great at close-med ranges and feels kind of like mini-m4. It's underused.

I wouldn't add cards on the ksin since that's giving too much away, but I would like to see some white lining. Try and make some of the thinner lines white (and maybe add some outlining to the symbols?)
How do i sign up for the fp tournament thingy?
Or maybe i'm a bit late?
[editline]2nd July 2015[/editline]
So... apparently they want to implement weapon camos to guns in TF2, just like in CS:GO :v:

Wrong thread, but also a little late, unless you're LEM

To him
i finally escaped from silvers
it was stupid to play with these turkish kebabs
is there a article on the competitive differences between CS versions? Like gun handling, common tactics between games etc.
iirc you can't look at mid doors on dust2 from t spawn for instance. Wall banging is also more of a thing in 1.6

Get used to your skins collecting dust at the bottom of the workshop.
Unless your skin is amazing or you get really lucky there's very little chance you will get a skin into the game if you make it for a popular gun. There's a ton of them already and valve has too many choices, not to mention it's also a popularity contest. Even the people who spam their skins in the comments of other skins get more exposure which pushes them up in the workshop.
Otherwise

If you start making skins for guns like the T auto sniper, dualies or the m249 it's more likely you'll succeed.
what map is easy to learn that isn't dust2? I played dust2 because it's popular but I want to expand my map pool
don't want to be that guy who only knows how to play on one map
[editline]2nd July 2015[/editline]
mirage is fun enough, seems a bit difficult though, might pick inferno

I've been having a blast on Cache ever since I toned down on dust2

I love ump, it feels like most balanced weapon in the game considering it's low price, high close damage (it's at pars with rifle at close range), ump is fairly accurate even while running so you are actually at advantage in close fights.
Meanwhile i don't like you and your attitude. The more i see your posts the more i think: yeah that's that high ego global elite cunt. (hopefully i'm not banned for flaming, but it's probably not only me who thinks like that)
There might also be a fundamental difference in how we view this game. I play for fun and don't care about ranks. I only play competitive instead of casual because i can choose maps i want to play and comp has better rules.
Competitive also (usually) puts you against similarly ranked players. Nothing beats a balanced long match. Losing/winning, who cares at that point?

I don't mind your comment about me at all I can understand that I can come off as a cunt and I don't put it against those who call me it. Ump I've never really tried out fully since you don't always get to have close quarter fights and I tend to get unlucky and get stuck in long ones unless am using P90 and rushing like an idiot.
Competitive is personally better out of casual because you don't have to deal with being put against people who are so easy that its not fun to play against and gives you people that are at your skill level (sometimes) to back you up
