So let me get this straight.. every self-respecting CSGO player has bought the game at least twice?
No, every kid with a quitter attitude has multiple accounts because they abandon everything that turns hard. Then there's the cheaters, and the smurfs, so all in all multiple accounts: someone has a problem. Only legit reason would be drops but cmon how cheap is that

Just saved my friends life, by shooting through him and headshotting his attacker. Enemy dealt him 95 damage, i dealt him 4. 1hp left. I'm such a good friend.
Even though it was ages ago, everytime I think of JW I think of this. Get_Right looks so done.
I think its unfair to judge him off that due to the circumstances behind it. NiP forced them to replay the OT because they didn't follow the tournament OT format and still lost it. You'd be a bit antsy after that kind of move as well, I know I would.
What did they do to invalidate the OT ?
NiP thought it was MR5 when it was MR3 so they bought completely wrong on rounds and lost the OT, complained to the admins and the OT was replayed, NiP still lost.
Being rude to your opponents is always bad form no matter how much you justify it imo, but what's done is done I guess
I recently started playing deathmatch before starting competitive, I seem to always end up in either 1st or 2nd. However when I enter comp. Shit goes bad. I have feeling that in DM I am put against silvers and in comp against my level. I will capture both game plays tommorow and post here, hopefully someone can spot where I fuck up so badly in comp and not DM.
Here are comparison game plays. (Took whole day, captured, uploaded, processing for 6 hours by youtube) Deathmatch Agency: Deathmatch Mirage: So in deathmatch I mostly do well and usually am in top 3 if not first. Got into Dust 2 competitive. Got absolutely fucking destroyed. Competitive Mirage: Still processing, so give it a time. We destroy them. (My k/d: 27/3) So the only reasons I see: 1) I am shit in Dust 2, but ok in other maps. 2) I get matched against players not of my level (either too high or too low, not middle where rounds would end 15-15)
I know blaming teamates is a frowned upon excuse. But every other game, I get fucking neanderthals for teamates. I mean players that consistently get shot from the same spot, but they keep fucking playing it, like something will change, (like rushing long as a ct). It's so frustrating losing 2+ within 10 seconds. Or losing games when you're up on bodies, because they are all individually trying to kill the last players. ughh. Not that im not guilty of doing dumb things, but at least I learn from my mistakes [editline]7th July 2015[/editline] or people that frag hungry, or brag about their frags. when you play as a team, rather as an individual, the kills will come to you [editline]7th July 2015[/editline] im starting to sound like blazing fly, my apologies

Trust me I've seen teammates getting really frag hungry and then we start throwing rounds because of it.

One thing I'm noticing right from the start is your tendency to not buy armor when you're buying rifles. It's always worth it to buy armor on gun rounds simply to negate the aimpunch you get without armor. If you can't buy armor and a (good)gun at your level then save or if everybody on your team has bought except you then buy a pistol and armor. You also don't buy anything on CT pistol round. You should use all your money on pistol round because it's essentially another 2 rounds for free if you win it and don't lose the anti-eco and you'll be able to buy on the 4th round either way. Another thing is your crosshair placement in general is poor. You should always be aiming where you think that an enemy is going to appear from and at headshot level. This alone would improve your ability to kill enemies significantly and give you an advantage seeing as how most people at this level haven't mastered this skill yet. In gunfights themselves it seems like you tap way too quickly causing you to miss shots. You need to either take longer breaks in between your bursts or you need to just commit to the fullspray depending on the situation at hand. Also keep in mind that even if you are bursting you still need to control the spray. It also seems like you take a lot of unnecessary peeks where you're killed by a terrorist holding an angle with an awp. If you know they're holding it with an awp you usually don't need to fight them straight up. Use your grenades to blind/smoke them off. You can also shoulder peek (only showing your shoulder for a brief period of time) in order to bait out a shot from them. On the topic of peeking it feels like you over commit to a peek without knowing exactly what's there. An example of this is round 10 where you ran out of long into the entire enemy team (which wasn't a very smart play to start with). If you had quickly peeked out and back in to determine if there was anybody holding that angle you would have seen the entire enemy team there and most likely been able to escape with your life while gathering valuable information for your team. Also a good thing to do is changing your position after you kill somebody. Round 14 shows you getting an easy kill long and the enemy falling back. You stayed on top of the box and the 2nd guy easily peeked you and prefired you. You should have fallen off the box and went to another location like pit. Another thing to note is that you don't need to rush on anti-ecos especially because smarter enemies pre-nade etc. to combat that. I know you can't control your team but a better idea is to play longer ranges since they only have pistols. Round 18 you should have bought a Tec-9 and nades rather than the Bizon because the Bizon is absolute trash against an enemy with armor. Another thing to note is your lack of a microphone which will hinder your teams knowledge and could get you killed if you're caught out while typing. I didn't watch the Mirage game but these issues are almost certainly not just specific to dust2. Also Valve DM is as you've said, populated by lower ranks that won't put up much of a fight. I'd recommend community DM servers like the Fragshack to warmup on. You may not do well at first since it's mostly inhabited by better players but it will force you to improve. These are all things that could help you improve consistency across DM/MM games.
I made a simple pattern I'm rather happy with, and I really like this color scheme. Thoughts? [t]http://i.imgur.com/tjeGnnO.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/zV5XJwd.png[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZtDxRb6.png[/t] Those three I like the most, but here are the others that didn't look awful http://i.imgur.com/FlUkN6T.png http://i.imgur.com/uh58W9Y.jpg http://i.imgur.com/p9hY6gQ.png http://i.imgur.com/Gy489CL.png http://i.imgur.com/CIQaCwT.png http://i.imgur.com/TdY5r5c.jpg
So the FP CSGO Tournament is going again, for a 3rd time, with me running it this time, allowing all regions but primary server is based in EU, if you're interested/still interested http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1474799 Its round robin, everyone plays everyone, team with most points wins a slap on the back or something, its purely for fun, like how it should have been.
Typo in the Information banner
I started soloqueueing instead of playing with my bad friends and went from nova 3 to mg2 in 2 days huh I also just ranked up from winning a match against a blatant hacker who played like my silver 2 friend; when they eventually get banned will my rank go down because of it or would that only apply to me if I had been on their team?
Someone sold a FN Dragon Lore for $6.35 CAD recently wtf
some people do stuff like that for trades, on random knives they have been sold for like 3 cents. not sure why, maybe a trade ban or something? idk
some people do stuff like that for trades, on random knives they have been sold for like 3 cents. not sure why, maybe a trade ban or something? idk
That feels extremely risky though. How can you be sure the other player is going to get it?

I always either score kills with glock or usp so it always seems like good idea to go with whatever pistol I have.
A p250 or tec9 is always a good buy, even if you don't get anything else. A smoke (if you know good throws) works as well. or a deagle if you want to lower your chance of getting a kill by 98%.
