I smurf cause my friends suck dick :v: Played with two of them just now and although they're MGE they're absolute trash. So I can play on my main with them but they get completely stomped and I have to solocarry and tryhard. [editline]16th September 2015[/editline] Gotta get my smurf ranked again

Even if you are actively trying to get better, if a supreme smurf pops into your Nova game then there's all the reason to complain because there's absolutely no way you're going to win. And having a smurf on your own team is just as bad because you do fuck all while they carry everyone. It also doesn't help that smurfs are for the most part toxic asshats. I'd rather lose 16:6 with a friendly team knowing I tried my best and enjoy myself than win 16:0 while being carried by a smurf who's more interested in gloating about how good he is and insulting us over the mic than actually playing the game.

Just gave the new M4A1-s a try, and I actually kinda like it. I know it's an unpopular opinion but I got good at Source by playing with my brothers friends who were really good and it carried over into the new CS. Had this Russian guy who was in my MM game, I am okay with awp so he kept buying awp for me all game, then he added me. He's MGE, pretty shit for MGE tbh, played few games with him and he just wouldn't shut up, literally talking 24/7 in game. He started dropping into my lobbies where I was with friends LE's all and would get offended when I didnt play with him. Gave him few VP and C9 stickers and played few games. Today after shitty 3 smurf premade fiasco on dust 2 (lost 16-3) I was pissed off, was in lobby with friend and this gut joins lobby and says go. I fuck him out and start dust 2, game is intense on dust 2, 13-13 and he writes: "Thanks for letting me play, friend" Just removed him without saying anything, kinda feel bad but come on, how can you be so intrusive and not understand there is a reason people don't wanna play with you.

All this time staying faithful to the A4 and this update ruined my dream of buying a Howl, could have afforded one if I'd listed some cases on the market. At least it doubled the price of my Desert-Strike...

The new update is so nice as my bullets seem to hit things now rather than aiming at them causing zero damage.

Generally though, there are A LOT of things people do wrong, even pros. I think Steel does some videos where he critiques pros demos. Those are the things everyone should be looking to improve. Just playing the game will make you better, but you'll never be at your best until you actually try and learn from the wealth of information all the other players are using to beat you, smurf or not. If you're NOT trying to get better, then there's no real reason to complain. If, as you stated, you're actively trying to get better then by all means complain about smurfs. Smurfs being more or less toxic than an average player is nonsense though. People are asshats in general. Players who do better just get to be more vocal about it. That nice guy on the other team might be super toxic the next game when he drops a 30 bomb. All in all people should be trying to improve their consistency through the way the play. Not try and be the best aimer with the most kills. No matter how good you are on your best games, your rank should reflect you at your worst.

Just bought my tickets for DreamHack Austin. I live like 5 minutes away from wheres its going to be at lol. Thinking about setting up a carpool.
