iirc, demolition has like a 5 minute timer if you get kicked.

I mean like, actually votekicked out as soon as i enter the server (The vote always went right through with everyone voting 'Yes').
I think this has happened before too, and i still don't know why.

My ping has always been under 50 in these matches and i usually get a good K/D ratio.

Yes.
M4A1-S got nerfed hard.
Lowered rate of fire, armor penetration, and increased spread.
It has the same firing rate as the AK now.

People underestimate power of MP7, I love it, I prefer it way over P90 now and I can usually survive till round 6 with it if we win pistol round.

I love the MP7, but like the P90 and UMP i'd never use it it on round 2. If it falls into enemy hands you give your team a handicap. That's why I actually prefer the MP9 / mac 10 and sometimes the bizon. Come the full buy rounds they become redundant but all the while the enemy are on ECO the high rate of fire mows them down in miliseconds.

But thanks in no small part to a Factory new stat track nemisis (my only skin of real value) i started to use it on the occasional full buy rounds (to trade up after a kill mostly) and it works wonders because of the mobility it offers.

It's also a weapon i love to take on semi eco rounds if i have around 7/8k. Everyone goes B makes noise, i pick up a lurk kill normally 2 and if we're in a position to take the site i move over or i take an upgrade over the mp7 from the guys i killed and save it. A good 90% of the time we win the round or i save.

I excepted that tactic to run it's course as i climbed to higher ranks but i'm still making it work at LE / LEM level.
