Long ago i made a windows batch script for simple clip converting using ffmpeg.
And i just added .gif to .webm converting to it while experimenting with that gif and ffmpeg.

To use:
1. Extract files to ffmpeg bin folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\ffmpeg\bin or whatever it is).
2. Throw a video or gif file at convert.bat
3. Find a file.mp4 or file.webm after it's done next to the old file.
(If you use something like ShareX theres convert_and_upload.bat aswell, which does just what it sounds like)

I am mostly using this to spam short clips everywhere, but this should make life a bit easier if you like to do the same.
It would be odd for NiP to make a new team without GTR, unless he has an offer from a better team (and also the f0rest/GTR combo :'( )

Why the hell would they keep Xizt, toss GTR, and bring back Maikelele after they tried with him last time and it failed? Plus why would GTR go to an NA team? Seems like someone's weird dream fantasies put to a news report.
Especially since G2.Kinguin just formed up, it'd be ridiculous for them to disband this quickly.

How is it possible that a group of people (was put in a team with a 4 man premade) can get to LEM and play like silvers? Like I'm talking total lack of spray control, inability to hear footsteps and change your movement/call it to teammates, no understanding that you shouldn't take pointless fights when the bomb has been planted and that it's more beneficial to run down the timer before taking the aim duel, etc etc etc
We lost 3 rounds due to 1 guy continually making the same mistake, being in a position to just plant the bomb and run down the clock but instead he decides to run out of the bombsite and go for the kills
No communication from any of them, I stopped communicating after half time because it wasn't worth the effort and instead just tried my best before the game ended 16-6
I'm not blaming it entirely on them, I found myself in clutch situations where I just wasn't aiming properly and lost the round to it, but there's only so much you can do when you've got absolutely no information other than trying to keep track of sounds and radar blips all by yourself. On my alt account I've been playing with my mg1-dmg mates that quite often fuck up aiming but tactically have the minds of higher ranks simply because they actually listen and shout out where they died, what gun they were killed with, how much damage they did and where the enemy is running on the deathcam
I'm not too mad I'll just find a few people to queue with before I play on this account again, but something really really needs to be done about the ranks. Solo queue has always been bad but it's at a new low at the moment honestly. There's enough people that play cs to turn each of the current ranks into 2 or 3 ranks (LE splits into LE 1, LE 2, LE 3 and then LEM 1,2,3 etc)and put people into those ranks based on their current ELO. I'd be much happier waiting 2 to 5 minutes to find a game and then actually get put with people my skill level.

There is a subscription but I don't think you can filter out non paying people, for that you'd probably have to use ESEA and the skill level is higher there

Yeah that's why I am staying away from ESEA, I don't think I am capable yet of playing on it, I will probably get destroyed in seconds, that's why I want to try and stick to FaceIt.
