Also nothing infuriates me more than when you're trying to 1v1 clutch, you hear footsteps from, say, apartment on B and somebody says "kitchen kitchen" - you look at kitchen and as you are, the guy comes from where you heard them from and kills you.

You can verify this by them not using any of the following: * "house" on mirage may (and usually does) refer to 3 different locations (palace, apartments or kitchen). * "secret" can refrer to two (hotbox or ninja). * Calling ramp "stair" or confusing variations.
