Quality ESL ranking system is quality. No wonder TSM is pissed.
what to do when you lose every game but play fairly well, 70% of the games topping the scoreboard?
#roadtolemishard
Position yourself ina high risk spot where you're able to quickly rotate or shut down pushes. On T side you'd have to entry frag.
I've been playing CS for the past 14 years, although I never played it very seriously.
Now I'm wondering, am I wrong to give major priority to planting the bomb/guarding the dropped bomb as respectively T/CT?
I still have a full rank to go so I have to grind casual and few people seem to have a sense of the objectives usually. People want to shoot shit, not win the game, or am I just oblivious to some strategy that does not involve planting the bomb/guarding it?
Of course if it's e.g. 5 CT's versus 1 with plenty of time left I guess it's okay to go hunt down that one T (but still someone should guard the bomb, no?)
Don't take anything in casual you see serious. Most people just fuck around or have no idea what they're doing. And yes, you should guard a dropped bomb or try and plant if you can. (with some exceptions)

What's the song in this?

Also I'm so fucking sick of DustII, in ~30+ games I've only encountered Dust2, Mirage and a little Nuke so far. I guess you can't play specific maps in casual?
As already mentioned, casual shouldnt be taken seriously.
Tbh I just fuck around in casual always, I use weapons that I wouldn't use in MM too.
I also disable sound, turn on movie/tv show on 2nd monitor and really just watch movie and on spawn just run in random direction spraying anything I see.

From playing with friends and others, unless I need to rotate or shit has gone to hell, I generally would watch the site or bomb until the round is over. When bomb is down, I rather not push, because that's a great way to lose the man advantage, if there is any.
I really need more friends to stack with when doing competitive. Going solo is like playing russian roulette

Did youtube just change the video player style?
15-8, last round, not doing super terrible and get kicked. Do they still count as wins?
Any nice gamemodes someone can suggest? Like minigames or surf?
Nope still a loss.
[editline]4th August 2015[/editline]
But how you got kicked when it was match point is weird.
People are dicks :(
Except Ogris you know how I play and you know I can do ;)
I can play at 60 FPS. :)
That doesn't mean it's in any way shape or form acceptable performance for people to aim for because it causes issues.
What you can play and what is actually a good ping are different things.
I've been stuck in the fking europeans servers for 4 comp matches and my ping isn't even set high wtf
going from nothing to a knife is way more of a bitch than i anticipated
13 offers all shot down, two completely ignored, and another two that will probably also fail
Everyone is trying to do it so yeah, doubt you can do it during this time
So yeah ragdoll physics. :v:

Would anyone be up for checking a demo to give a second opinion on whether a team mate of mine is cheating? He has history for it and is starting to look a little fishy, but he promised he wouldn't.

And then the sniper clutches. Life as a silver guardian. :v:
I have demos from when I just started playing and was silver three. It's fucking painful to watch.
I don't know if this is the best place to ask this, but I'm having a problem with my monitor which just seems to happen in cs:go. The monitor i've been using is a old CRT which does 1024x768@85Hz which has no input lag at all and is great for csgo. But I'm using now a LG TV-Monitor which only is 60Hz and presumably has a worse latency, but the thing is, while other games like MGSV feel smooth at 55-60 fps, CS:GO feels horribly laggy at 200+ fps, like if it were running at 25 fps. What do?
[editline]3rd August 2015[/editline]
BTW the resolution I run on the LG is 1920x1080, and the GPU is a GTX 550 ti.

Frame latency is more important than FPS. Try to return to whatever you had on your CRT and see if that works.

'Wait, let me flash'
Teamflash + teamkill, why do bother playing with friends at all? :v

Zero conclusive evidence, he would get beyond smashed by any semi-competent player.
But you're all a bunch of pricks. Hope you get stomped real fierce one day because your attitude is BEYOND atrocious.
And yes, the players in your lobby do cast a light on you as well.
