I'm really bad at CS:GO, but when I play in Casual matches, I get teamed up with really skilled players. Are there not skill brackets in the game? If so, how do I queue up in a match full of other rubbish players?

Competitive, does have skill brackets. And you'll never improve by going against rubbish people.
