I can't join any community servers, it just says "Failed to join game" every time, what's wrong?

I've met the same toxic shits from silver 4 to GE.

I've noticed many players during tournaments do this:
1) Throw smoke or walk up to smoked area.
2) Throw flashbang up a bit using right click.
3) Run through smoke while enemies are blinded.
I thought flash effect doesn't go through smoke?

It seems to be useful to spray down enemies when they are stacked.
I just don't understand how those pro players shoot AK and M4 in such way that it looks like there is almost no recoil and all bullets go into one point.
So, those rumors about Valve's annoucement (presumably Source2 for CS:GO and all that bs) are going to be confirmed/clarified today or when? Anyone know what I'm talking about?

But to me, irregardless of that post, it seems pretty obvious the game is going to get updated to Source 2, valve doesn't do yearly rehashes and it'll make things easier for them in the long run.
