What sort of fps do you need to run a 144Hz monitor without any screen tearing or anything?
Irregardles of what FPS you get, you should aim for getting up to 200+. The less input lag the better.
Just played my 3rd comp match.. didn't go too badly. [t]http://i.imgur.com/JnhSinJ.jpg[/t] The match link, if you're interested.
That guy who keeps on trying to bhop but all he does is block my rollout from spawn every round
one of my friends just fell for those "join teamspeak and download this audio codec" scams lmaoooo
come join this teamspeak and talk with the competive players who are currently playing the fucking game how do you fall for that
come join this teamspeak and talk with the competive players who are currently playing the fucking game how do you fall for that
To be fair, we always use TS instead of ingame.
I'm playing on my smurf (about MGE/DMG level) and while I didn't think there was that big of a difference in my skill as i climbed the ranks you can definitely see a drastic change in the skill of the players crosshair placement is the big one. Sure they'll aim at head-height if they're holding an angle, but if they're moving about the map their aim will remain static, or for example on cobblestone they'll be retaking b site but looking at the base of the fountain. other things i've seen have included stuff like two ct's watching the same spot, just one further back (think someone sitting at the end of long on overpass, and another aiming long from bank - whats the point?). i'm only LEM, but im genuinely surprised at how much of a difference there is
To be fair, we always use TS instead of ingame.
yes, but they say "join the teamspeak with the pro players" like even if it was legit, they would be in a passworded room I don't use in game either (I use my mumble server mostly, ts from time to time)

I often find that the bad players tend to rely on AWP and as a result are very lazy / sloppy when it comes to everything and anything else.

And then some people call hacks on someone who manages to preaim their position and shoot them (like short stairs on Dust 2 and tree on banana on Inferno) [editline]1st September 2015[/editline] [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/423691123805078561/F6B8F7BCAC54EC60DF08A1B2E840E7B71AFBDCE1/[/t] The Walnut Nova looks so nice with the gold sticker
144 fps ? Eh ? New 144Hz monitors does support FreeSync and G-Sync.
The reason I ask is my laptop gets awful screen tearing when fps ≈ refresh rate and I need to get 90+ fps to keep it from doing so. My PC gets 180-300 fps depending on what else I have open etc so that's fine.
Yay I don't feel so good after a 5-hour trading "marathon"
so beautiful
Now time to ruin it with stickers! - every m4a1 owner ever
My friend won around $4000 on csjackpot today and yesterday with about 10% chance on every win. Here I am with a BS ak predator..
Now time to ruin it with stickers! - every m4a1 owner ever
I only have two fnatic stickers on my Nitro, because it kinda fits the color scheme
question Do souvenirs come with stickers? I bought a souvenir walnut nova and the stickers on the left side just look ugly
question Do souvenirs come with stickers? I bought a souvenir walnut nova and the stickers on the left side just look ugly
You can scrape the stickers off though. On my Nova, I've scraped off all, but the RNG sticker.
I'm always hesitant to scrape off stickers because I'll never see them again ;-;
So my teammates were trolling at the start... Oh well, I managed to do this..
Not like that no. After 800+ wins im pretty consistent.
Damn 800 wins? How many hours do you have? I made it to GE after about 400 but I have a lot of hours and time thrown into source and 1.6
Damn 800 wins? How many hours do you have? I made it to GE after about 400 but I have a lot of hours and time thrown into source and 1.6
1726 Hours, didn't really play 1.6 or source that much, only surf/gg/dm
and I'm back in MG1 bb
1726 Hours, didn't really play 1.6 or source that much, only surf/gg/dm
Yeah that'd be the difference right there I have just over 800 hours but I played that old tournament system in source Cal or whatever. Maybe I'll do some cevo and see how the teams and players are
I hate to lose a game 14-16 after clutching 3rounds in a row because teammates just go die one by one to the same guy
I keep playing good to decent games but there is always someone with half the score of the fourth place on the team and they just drag everyone down with them. :/ Kinda frustrating. Also your team playing super well from one side and then totally forgetting how to play GO from the other.
I hate to lose a game 14-16 after clutching 3rounds in a row because teammates just go die one by one to the same guy
And then there's my dual queue team, where me and my friend try to take a site, while the other 3 sit in boiler/balcony on Inferno and wait for us to take the site. Alternatively, they rush out one at a time to die to the awp in pit.
I was wondering if anyone could help me get rid of mouse input lag? I've put most if not all settings on low but turning down the resolution even more seems like something I really dont wanna do cause the game looks awful (to the point where it's hard to see enemies heads). It's not like major input lag but it's enough that I feel kinda sluggish. I definitely notice a difference when I play CS:S compared to CS:GO. In CS:S the mouse feels very fluid and raw while in CS:GO it feels slightly sluggish. In the end it might just be my computer that's the problem but I was wondering if anyone had dealt with a similar situation before or if there are any possible things to look out for.
Specs?
What kind of mouse helps too.
