Both AMD and Nvidia allow you to do that without having to run some layer over the top of the game. SweetFX just damages performance as its more overhead, you don't want to be using anything that overlays visual effects on a game where you want the most performance out of it.

There's nothing else to it. I don't like having whacked-up vibrance on in Windows.

Today, we had some guy (top fragging) but only because he killed people when saving or after the round, where the kills didn't even matter. He was god awful slow at rotates, in the end it was 10-14, we kicked him because he was't actually of use and won 16-14. Felt good.
