i sometimes wanna play cs but i don't really feel like doing competitive or bullshitting around on public servers, is just playing a couple hours of deathmatch/aim maps every day an effective way to work on my basics?
like those crazy ass dudes who can just 180 and insta-headshot you from across the map the second you try to take a shot at them, do they just play loads and loads of dm?

I get that sometimes, usually opening the pause menu and closing it fixes it.
So think that guy I posted demo of will get VAC'd soon via overwatch?
I mean we still managed to pull off 15:15 but I would prefer to have win.

I don't think you said what you think you said, a VAC ban and Overwatch ban are different things, just like how a VAC ban and an Untrusted ban are different things.
He may be Overwatched, or may be VAC banned if he uses a pay2cheat, just throw him on your vacstats and watch him.

Oh, I thought if overwatch system marks someone as cheater then bans them, that grants them VAC ban.

Nope, Overwatch bans result in a "game ban"

VAC bans are detections by the actual anti-cheat itself.

And Untrusted bans are heuristic cheat detections, such as out of bounds viewangles, not being able to find where an open handle originates from, and etc, a lot of people say that it's completely serverside but I'm almost 100% sure that there's a clientside portion.
Note that if someone gets OW banned and then their cheat later gets them vacced as well their OW ban is removed and replaced with a vac ban.

So do the same with ESEA and stop complaining about it, then? Just saying, you don't have to play at ESEA if you don't want to, but the second someone brings up ESEA don't go "AHAHAHAAHA X^D MALWARE ENJOY FREE ROOTKIT" because that's stupid, if someone wants to play at ESEA then that's their decision.

There was literally a 5 hr delay for the VP match, the original stream and mic lags really badly and pros are playing on 60 hz because the graphics card in the PCs are missing
So done with VAC Authentication error BS, it's caused 3 bans and a derank now due to this bullshit.
I've tried every fix (including official/unofficial and cra0s) without any luck, this is fucking bullshit.

Try to test your attempted fixes in DM, not MM! Did you try other things like closing down programs such as Razer Synapse or opening your ports?

Only things potentially hooking into CSGO are SteelSeries Engine and AVG :(

Ladies and gentlemen, may I now bring your attention to the odd parallel with the HeX Global Banlist thread.
Gonna bring a point from that thread, too: Just because someone chooses to install it doesn't make it OK that they have this kind of power. And I'm sure some people aren't even aware of the kind of hold ESEA potentially has on their computer.

I always fuck up shots with AK that are somewhat far, I am 100% confident with m4 though.
I was SURE that M4 was there, but rewatching later I realized I shot it and it flew away.
Nobody on my team saw it, so i thought I am crazy.

There's a huge difference between HeX's dumb list and ESEA, HeX just bans people to ban people (case and point: "suspected cheater" and "Australian") while just because you don't know ESEA has so much access to do as they please, doesn't mean you didn't agree to it, it's in their terms and to people that are gonna go their "[b]EDITED[/b] terms", they withhold the right to edit their terms at any time for any reason and not give you notice.
Don't like it? Don't play there.
EDIT: Though I am aware that ESEA does ban people for stupid shit, I remember someone calling lpkane a faggot (or something along those lines) and he got banned for 1 year for "Malicious Activity"

avast, it's got a bit more intrusive recently advertising its paid packages but the free version is still perfect. i get a pop up once a day saying upgrade to premium or whatever but it doesn't interrupt any other windows and if clicking x on a window once a day is enough to make you not want to use it then you've got bigger problems than virus protection
