Fucking Dinosower dude, I had a kid in my team and he was a pretty good player (Not cheating, at least not blatantly, good crosshair placement, good movement, good awareness) but he kept trying to be funny in the mic (With an annoying 13 yo voice with eastern Europe accent), doing votekick to the guy clutching beause 'LE CLUTCH OR KICK XDDDd' and yelling at me to drop him my skin because it's expensive.

If he's smart enough to speak English fluently and be really good at the game, why doesn't he get the stuff [I]they[/I] do is not funny for anyone, specially people in higher ranks that are often not kids and a bit more serious. What a fucking waste.

I play with steady 49-79 ping depending on server, 49 on EU North and 79 on both East and West.
Not touching NA because I get +120 on East Coast and that's already painful enough.

Though for some reason I thought it was a good idea to lobby with a guy from India and ended up with +300 ping and I awped people by shooting 3 meters in front of them :v:

Aim for the coconut and spray. If you can control the AK's recoil well enough then you should be fine to go. It's mostly down then a bit to the right when you reach 14 bullets and so on, I think. I mostly hold it down however because when you face an opponent it's most likely that it's your only chance to kill him, if you're a terrorist.

They kick the first person, round 9? there goes another, so on and so on until only one remained, where he then made it known, he thought he could abandon the match.. then was forced to sit around while we finished off him and his merry band of bots for the remaining rounds...

it's not uncommon that people with a lot of technical skill lack any degree of social awareness, especially if they're teens

How the fuck do you guys get such low ping? I live in Spain and pretty much all servers(for any game) in the EU are at around 80-110 ping depending on where they are. The lowest I've seen is a spanish server where I got 55-70 ping and US East coast is around 150-170, which is playable.

I always turn everything off, like close all browsers, steam windows, everything so I literally have just blank desktop, sometimes from being paranoid I even hide desktop icon, close all tasks and updaters and run cs go then.

Usually around 30-40 ping.

Spain and portgual have shit routing to anywhere in europe. 80 ping to germany seems to be pretty consistent lmao. Especially if you're further down south.

It's certainly playable, but I find I have to be more aggressive to frag effectively. I scrimmed against a guy with 9 ping last night and it was immediately obvious he had an advantage in reacting to peeks over the usual NA 40-50 ping.

Why not dual boot? If you aren't using a 3rd party client you could try Arch Linux, probably the most minimalist you can get without spending 10 hours compiling everything from source.

So one of my friends got hacked but steamguard didn't email him, there wasn't even an email about the trade and it all went to some level 0 guy. How is that possible after all those security measurements? I mean all he did was play competitive from day 1 until now.
