Steam support gave me back my stuff and I just purged Teamviewer from my pc since I'm convinced there is an exploit involving it. I hadn't joined any fishy Teamspeak servers or game servers, hadn't downloaded anything anyone had told me to and I was using Teamviewer purely to control my desktop from my laptop over LAN.
