It's just a metallic called "wine red", I don't think I put any pearlescent there. It's unlocked for performing 5 turbo starts in races.
How do I unlock the ability to buy the DLC weapons? On the GTA wiki it says they unlock after the prologue but I've been playing for a while and they're still locked.
pearlescent is applied by default when you equip a metallic color. If you equip a metallic color and go into the pearlescent menu then you will see a color in there that is equipped. I don't believe there is an option on the pearlescent selection screen for "none"

As an alternative to scuba gear, completing Humane Society lets you buy rebreathers from ammunation for free, you can hold up to 20 and they give you a long breath time, and with 20 you can stay underwater for pretty much as long as you want.

There are tons of youtube videos listing what apartments for what cost give you what interior.
Any modern interior with glass and a giant view, with 2 floors and a bunch of stairs has a heist board.
So is there a way to get the Bond car with working weapons with a trainer or something?

I got wetworks left and the final breakout.

I guess I wont even bother buying this. The first week of GTA IV multiplayer was a blast,
until cheating destroyed it. This mp is even more limited and already destroyed.

A few hours after the trainer was released, people re-enabled it for online.

Do any of you guys have a suggestion as to a good 'starter' car for Online? I have the preorder bonus but I want to avoid spending it for anything but an apartment, and then make the rest of the cash the hard way.

I don't know why everyone keeps suggesting the Futo. Unless you like multi-track drifting and that weird anime that has it in it it's not a very good car.
From the list of the best cars in each class, the cheapest of them is the Vapid Dominator, which is the fastest muscle car in the game in lap time. However, if you're talking about a 'starter' car which is just a good all-rounder, there's nothing that we can suggest that will be better than what you can find yourself.
My suggestion is to steal a car and drive around the map, and get that one car that catches your eye every time; See how that drives, and then see what happens after that. For instance, I still* have the first car I got in the game, the Cheval Surge; it's not fast, strong or mod-heavy, but it's still my favourite.
*I sold it a few times but I got it back every single time.
