The new patch seems to have eliminated the stuttering for me.
damn, the last heist really is a cakewalk when you use a car instead of those trash bikes. me and my crew kept failing repeatedly, and I was like "you know what? fuck it, let's just steal a police car." I ended up driving it off a cliff, skipping pretty much the whole final stretch of the heist, and out of 1,250,000 we ended up getting 1,038,685 total. I'd call that a win.
Gonna ask again, does anyone know why I can't sell my Sanchez? I have two.
Trying to do the GTA:O Humane Heist Key Codes setup mission where you get swamped with FIB and after numerous restarts, I've taken notice to a woman who's highlighted red on the minimap who drives into a 24-hour parking across from you and then promptly runs back out. When I aim at her, she makes the crosshair go red, but when I shoot her, it compromises the deal. Anyone have any idea who she is? I don't see her mentioned anywhere whatsoever on wikis and guides; she's wearing brown and tan clothing.
Btw, is there any strategy to not get your asses handed by the FIB on hard mode?

Could someone find the San Andreas state flag in the game files? Or at least tell me which file it is in?

I loaded it fine last night, played one of my saved missions from PS3. I'll probably just scrap all my old ones though, since all the new props and stuff mean there's no need to compromise in certain areas anymore.

I seriously don't know why people have trouble with the cops and the bikes on that mission. If you stick together, the cops never have enough units on you to make it hard.
It may be my years of GTA V bike experience talking, but regardless.
Could someone help me out, a lot of places I'm going to says my CPU will suffer hard but I thought mine was pretty good?

I don't think that goes there. It went away after I called a phone contact.
Maxxed out literally everything (apart from some long shadows thing only got that 1/4 of a bar)

Yet the abit lower settings get me around the same FPS on 1600x900 windowed mode. Because you know logic :v:
When I try to play online, I can't connect to anyone!
It says my friends are offline, even though they actually are online.
I had this problem with the PS3 version as well.
What should I do?

It seems that every time I try to do something related to heists, the game either freezes or I get "Failed Initialisation" and I'm booted out of the game.

i'd say for sure tone some of those settings down so you can get at least 2x MSAA in there. it'd improve the quality tremendously.

Had to turn off MSAA It was causing huge ass artifacts :v:
