Alternatively, just get a tank, hit them so they fall over and just park the tank on top of them.
Unlike other vehicles, the tank doesn't allow the person under it to warp to the side and get back up, they end up stuck under it until the tank moves off them.
Its how I dealt with cheaters on PS3 and it works on PC. :v:

Honestly, what the game needs to do is flat out say that the armored vehicles like the Karuma and the Insurgent are always the responsibility of their own. So even if someone else blows them up, the owner has to pay for the insurance on it, and the other person won't. That would cut the Karuma crap in no time at all. "Ohh, griefing now costs me a lot of money and time? I can't make other people pay for my actions? It stops being funny if it costs money."
oh man now that I have a bunch of expensive vehicle I love getting them blown up by people

All this trainer and godmode shit is jut like what happened with Watch Dogs, my buddies and I would team up with pubs to take them down (Melee killing AlWAYS works, even if godmode) Was actually a lot more fun than the normal game.

Barring some screwing around with the files to make the screen appear, this looks legitimate or at least not photoshopped
I spent some time looking into it with fotoforensics, I am no expert but there doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary, aside from the fps counter. However as it turns out those weird artifacts are always caused by steam's fps counter being injected on the screen

Used Dark Souls to check the counter cause steam overlay doesn't work with GTA 5 for some reason, but the results are consistent

Why is my SC broken as fuck? People are having problems with inviting me because it always says I'm offline. Even that image says I was online 10 days ago while I just logged of.
