At times? This game in itself is beautiful. Despite the endless slaughtering of people, the amount of detail in it is vast. Going down back alleys, seeing trash bins, garbage on the floor. Crevices, and leaks where water has damaged the concrete.
They put so much effort into the tiniest of details.

Does fullscreen run better than windowed mode?
I've been running in windowed to monitor things while I play, like temps and CPU/RAM usage to make sure nothing is getting too crazy, and since I've played a bit and haven't noticed any problems, I might switch to full screen.
Using 1440x900 windowed, moving up to 1650x1050 fullscreen
How do I store a Crusader? I bought one but my garage says "This vehicle cannot be stored in your garage."

i believe full screen always runs better than windowed but i'm not sure if the res increase would cancel it out. still worth a shot

Make sure that both you and your friends have setup your privacy settings ang game settings in social club to "everyone" ... We had same problem

They are but it's not just his games I can't join, it's any game. When I start online, it's like freeroam, but it's just for me.

I enjoyed Series A Funding, the convoy part was kind of fun but the finale was underwhelming. You just need to find a dedicated team to do the whole thing with and get good

Once you figure out you can move the trashtruck after hitting the yellow waypoint to a more advantageous location, it becomes the easiest setup.
Until then, it's fucking frustrating.

when did i say it was bad because it was hard? i beat the whole thing with friends over voice chat
it was bad because it was boring and underwhelming, and felt like just a bunch of stuck-together missions that didn't have proper connection between them and certainly did not feel like a "heist" in any real fashion. the only good part of the heist was raiding the boat

Try deleting or renaming these folders:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\RGSC
AppData is a hidden folder, if your brother can't see it, type %appdata% into the bar on the top of the explorer (what is that actually called?). This will take you to
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming. Go up one folder and then Local should be there.
I'm crashing out when I'm loading a mission in online. Not always, but only then when the game starts to stutters like crazy.

About an hour of play, more video memory usage (3373MB at its peak) and slightly higher temps all around (55C for my GPU at peak, 65-68 for my CPU at peak) but performance didn't seem to dip, at least not that I noticed.
Is GTA Online down?
I can't sign in to social club/launch into online.

What option will improve performance in the forest area i get frame drops there even on a 980.
