In races, does replaying the same race with someone else count to unlock mods, when you win?

I was actually able to connect to a public session last night. I ended up holding off a 5 star wanted level on a rooftop for what felt like forever after doing one of those police distraction events for Lester. There were also 3 players in an Insurgent Pickup who I think were trying to find me, because they kept circling the building I was on. I managed to snipe them out, and then snipe them again a few more times before one of them managed to get me. Later on, while I was again on a rooftop they came back, and I tried to take them out with a homing launcher, but the driver somehow managed to blow himself up. Criminal Records is the shortest R* created track, as far as I'm aware. There are probably some user made tracks that are shorter, but I don't specifically know of any, myself.

what are peoples views here on a .cfg edit mod to allow everybody to get the exclusive content for people returning from ps3/xbox360?

Returning player here, its a few guns & cars, hardly gamebreaking! How do I view all my cars on iFruit? I can only view ten but I have ~25 :v:

i had a pair of assholes who got mad about me chasing them down in the laser jet and blowing their shit up. so instead of fighting me, they had one in the little bird attack chopper who was in passive and the other in normal mode, but invincible when in the other's copter. They followed me for fucking ever, the other dude would hop out and shoot me, then hop back in before i spawned again. Finally I went to the sandy shores airstrip and got a plane and called lester to have the cops ignore me. Flew it straight to the military base only for the dipshits to leave passive mode to try to shoot me down. As soon as i got over the base I jumped out and landed safely in the base. I sat back and watched the AA from the base tear the helicopter apart and the other dude jumped out only to smack into a building and get shot by like 5 different military soldiers. They both rage quit right after calling me a faggot.

Can returning players give non returning players the exclusive content (Cars specifically) in online mode?

so anyone can get kicked from the crew if they randomly deathmatch other crew members?

Have played about 600-700 hours with FP crew members. (CHIMP_IN_A_SUIT on PSN.)

Maybe repost the warning on the top of the page, and for each day repost it once, just in case people only check the latest pages. Just to be absolutely sure. Also if you know any crew members who are active but happen to be on vacation maybe let us know in the comments section as well.

Has their been any clarification yet on bannable offences? I'd like to imagine using a trainer in a private session would be okay (of course money and RP cheating would still be bannable) I just want to have crazy fuin with my friends but I'm too worried about getting banned.
