My game crashes instantly the second I connect online and get greeted by the "Do you want to link accounts" question, or if I press esc to go to menu. Otherwise the game, regardless of gradually worsening stuttering, works fine? Is this just something I have to wait for a fix for?

It is basically the session where I finally gave in and did the last thing I could possibly think of (And also the first thing) that could somehow stop crashing. I lowered my settings to directx 10.1 instead of directx 11 (even though my GPU can supposedly handle dx12 whenever the fuck that comes out) If you've tried everything except for the one thing that happens to completely negates the entire purpose of your thousands of dollars worth of purchases in computer parts, well I guess MAYBE just lowering your settings to something that a "recommended" computer could handle will actually cause your shit not to crash? Again, not positive since my game didn't crash, and you can't tell if you've fixed this shit unless your game never crashes again as long as you live, but my shit didn't crash, and I played for a good long time. My game just didn't look as purty as it should with my hardware. It truly was the last thing I was willing to give up, since it actually defeats the purpose of thousands of dollars that i've spent, but it seems to have worked, at least for now. Just lowering your settings. At least I am still on high settings, but damn idk. If this shit keeps working i will be happy and seriously disappointed at the same time.

I jumped the gun and bought GTA V on PC to play on my 27" 2009 iMac. These are the specs: Windows 7 SP1 64bit running through Bootcamp Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz 8GB Ram ATI Radeon HD 4850 512mb At first I thought I had bought a paperweight and the game wouldn't run at all, but I'm getting roughly between 10FPS & 25FPS, which to me is bearable. Graphical settings on normal & running at 1920 x 1080 (no hope for 2560 x 1440). Graphics don't concern me at all. This will have to do till I buy a new gaming PC.

Is there a way to stop the game from kicking you back to singleplayer every time someone leaves a heist? Been trying to get one going for 2 hours now but having a 10 minute loading time every time someone quits is frustrating.

My shit should run the game fucking perfectly, but it isn't, so some shit is fucked up that I don't know about, and I want help. I have i5-4690k MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4g 16 gb ram game is installed on an SSD game is all fucked up and crashing if I try to play at the settings i should be able to play at Just now managed to play for like, a pretty long time by my measurements of previous sessions only being ended by crashes, by playing at a much lower setting than I should have to play at. (still high settings, but low comparatively.)
