Your process gets reset back to wherever the fuck it was before the servers went down because the game ignores your local save and takes the cloud copy instead. GTAO uses a hybrid system, sessions are P2P but the important number data is stored on their network.

Yesterday was mostly fine, but now it feels like it crashes constantly after like 10 minutes of playing. At least it doesn't crash the GPU anymore, just the general "GTAV.exe has stopped working" error. It's really, really annoying taking into account that the game loads up so fucking slow with the useless intros and all. And the fact that you can't even minimize the game while it loads...

(i didnt actually store any of the hacked money. i removed it instantly)

Anyone figure out how to get the Steam Overlay working on Retail yet? Or how to take pictures in retail? Puush and Print Screen just copy a black blank image.

got a 6970 HD myself and never had that issue, I updated my drivers before playing tho.

If you haven't already I recommend you call up each of the characters in your phone book and hang out with them, with the 3 characters you play as. They have some really funny and interesting conversations. Jimmy and Trevor have some good ones.

I've been loading Online for the past 15 minutes, the hell happened, I restarted game since I changed settings, took forever, so I restarted manually, and still is loading. [editline]19th April 2015[/editline] Just as I posted that, it loaded. Why the hell is it taking this long.

any tips for finding a futo online? or is it literally just hoping the spawnlist for the online session puts it in traffic

Best part is when the game kicks you out of your own session and throws you into on online game. You have to first wait for the online to load forever and then either go back to story mode and start a new private session or join your friend. It's really ridiculous.

"Lost connection from the server, loading single player", "failed to join friends, finding online session", "failed to find online session, loading single player". Fuck! Not to mention you have to load Single Player before you can join Online. Rockstar makes amazing games but holy shit is it user unfriendly.
