You get more money the longer you sit in a mission, up until a certain point where it starts diminishing and you actually gain less money per minute than if you finished the mission and started again. Lots of people used to go into a mission, fuck about for 7 or 8 minutes, finish it quickly and then restart since they would net more doing it that way than if they did it in 2 minutes and kept restarting. I can't quite remember what the "optimal" time is but you can surely find it on the subreddit somewhere. I think it's around 8 minutes completion time before you get diminishing returns

While I was playing Online and robbing every store you can, I noticed this odd bug. Whenever I went to use the ATM inside a store, I would hear the clerk start saying his being robbed lines, then when I left the ATM, he acted like nothing happened. Guess he doesn't like me depositing money on his ATM.

So, after my computer randomly restarted while playing GTAO with a friend, I had discovered my CPU temps were going to like 80. Blew out my comp and now they still stay in the mid 70s, but I need a new cooler for sure. GTA 5 SP even in the most stressful stays around like the 60s but GTAO kills it, does anyone have any cooler recommendations

How does this work? I started doing a "Heist" before and it was the prison break one, we had to clear an airfield of Vagos and stuff, after we completed that we got paid like $19,000 as it was on hard mode and then that was that - what about the actual heist with a bigger payout? It said Setup complete and not Heist complete so why didn't it put me into the next stage?? Confused.

So I've just read about the bad sport thing when destroying personal vehicles. Why exactly did they think adding a armored car which realistically cannot be defeated by anything other than explosives was a good idea with a penalty system? And why do they have a 2 day ban system for it?

You don't do all the setups and the heist all at once.

I just help some guys do the Humane Labs heist on hard just now because I'm desperate to get an Insurgent. holy FUCK that mission was so intense! Of course I had to be the pilot, so after the ground crew got out all of the pressure was on me It didn't help that I'd never flown a helicopter in the game before, so you can imagine how terrified I was when I had to land it, not once but [I]twice![/I] I almost had a heart attack when I landed it & the game froze for a split second to load the result screen, I thought that either I wrecked the chopper or the game crashed After it was complete, I almost fainted from the pressure of landing the fucking thing & I had to go lie down for a few minutes But all in all I'm pretty proud of myself for flying a chopper for the first time & I only wrecked it once just because the engine died on me after I'd safely landed it (causing us to restart the mission) [img]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17691911/Heist.png[/img] So now I just need to raise enough money to buy that Insurgent I've been drooling over since I first found out about it

At least there's an option that's just from last heist.

So why does GTA:O have a profanity filter that you can't turn off? It seems odd that you can pick up hookers and torture a guy in Story Mode but you can't say any bad words in GTA:O despite pedestrians/cops constantly swearing at you.

I think it all just comes down to bad luck

I always had a kink for psychotic characters in games and movies and books. Vaas from FC3 was my favourite until I played GTA V. Like, I expected Trevor to be like that psycho guy from Heat movie (they are visually similar). Out of control, stupid, violent for no reason. But Trevor is really nothing like it. He constantly shows great intelligence and understanding of how people work, so he is not a sociopath as he can actually related to people, he has the empathy. He has no morals, yeah. But it seems as if he is just so smart, charismatic and powerful that he is fuck-bored. I mean he owns the world, whatever he wants he gets easily. Maybe I am exagerating things, but he is too much of a silvertongued philosophical fucker to just be a psycho.
