Intel i7-4771 4.1GHz, two GTX 780's in SLI using 4962MB out of 6142MB, though apparently those numbers are wonky due to SLI.

I don't get any pop in when I'm in the city but I get bushes popping in when I'm in the country.

I havent had any popups yet but my processes were already set to affinity, Honestly worried as shit on the opening mission where you drive through los santos, scared that my games would just pop in all of a sudden but the framerate just dropped a little and that was about it.

If your that bothered, you can just spend all your money on ammo for a singular gun in the weapons category (example, carbine) and that would fill the ammo of all your other assault rifles too since they use the same ammo At least that was what it was like on the 360, I remember putting all my money into ammo for a pistol to find that my other pistols all had the same amount of ammo as the gun I had bought ammo for

Anyone else getting sub 60fps performance with a 970? I've looked at benchmarks and they're getting like 100fps with everything on very high. I don't even stay at 60fps with some settings only on high..

Patch incase anyone wasn't aware of fixes the problem with the launcher hogging CPU cycles (and thus, your framerate) How cool are the online heists? Never tried one. Just doing SP at the moment. Also, I hate how you can't properly walk in first person using a KB+M for some reason. Make following people or going slow annoying. Meanwhile 3rd person works totally fine. As a matter of fact switching between first/third while toggling walk/run often screws up the character and makes him freeze in place for me.

Alrighty guys, I'm very new to GTAO and I'm only about rank 4 or so... the only things I see on my map is just races after races and honestly it's really really putting me to sleep.. when do I get to do something like, super more exciting. Better yet, is there a mode where it's pretty much like GTA4 freeroam with guns and heavy vehicles strewn across the land in which I can just simply walk up to it and wreck havoc?

You are asking for a free-roam environment, but I mean the game literally starts you off in a free-roam session. Also just press escape, go to online, jobs, quick jobs, and choose a job to play. You unlock more stuff as you play the game and rank up, but there is a good amount of things to do from the get go.
