Oh man, I'm playing through on grounded mode and I just got to Hunter Haven.
I preferred dealing with the clickers and runners a lot more, these hunters are doing my head in.

Hell, one of the photos for when you get 'attacked' by the fireflies shows somebody wearing a gasmask. Give me my damned gasmask.
Apparently the (hat) dlc was not supposed to be free for season pass holders because they are locked now, just saying.
29.99 for masks??? Wow first time I've ever been disappointed with ND, that's insanely ridiculous.

Finally finished the game, had it on PS3 but my brother let his friend borrow it before I finished it. Got it on PS4 on release and just finished the story..

i finnaly got around to playing and beating this game and i read like 40 pages of this thread. i give the last of us a 9.8/10, the only complaints i have was that it was very predictable when a [sp]character gets infected[/sp] and the part where [sp] joel falls off a balcony and gets a metal rod in his chest[/sp] was dumb, Ellie just stood there and did nothing, there was no reason for [sp] joel to get hurt[/sp].
im also glad i waited for the ps4 version to play, the ps3 graphics in the wider landscape levels looked pretty bad in that Grounded documentary.

Just started playing Left Behind, got to the part where you need to fuel the generator and I am fucked. Got no Pistol ammo and even if I sneak really slowly they can hear me.
Throw stuff at them and then melee. Best way to kill them. Also, sprint around alot.
I'm playing on Survivor, all I have is a brick. If I try meleeing them they just grab me and I can't do shit with Ellie's Shiv.
If you throw a brick at them and melee them while they're stunned, they'll be dead instantly. There are also bottles lying around the area AFAIK. I've played it on Survivor/Grounded, too. A thrown item gives you about 5 seconds to attack.

TLOU is definitely one of my favourite games of all time. Bought it on PS3 but never finished it, glad I got the remastered version.
Anyone still play the mp in this game? They added some new weapons recently, you have to pay for them though, no surprise there.

I've tried the tactical shotgun and the frontier rifle. I liked the rifle a lot, it's kind of like a hunting rifle with no scope. The shotgun is interesting, it seems pretty powerful but you only get 3 rounds to start off with.
There are also new execution animations but you have to pay for those wtf.
Also they finally added a gas mask, but it's "broken", as in looks broken.

I play almost daily, my level is nearing 500. Play mostly supply raid and interrogations. Just looking for some competent teammates from facepunch. max clan ive had was 136, best supply raid score is 9305. Grabbing the new dlc today.

Nah doesnt work like that, maybe I should just move to ps4?? Seems like everyone here is mostly on ps4. Ill have to start at level 0 again unless it transfers everything

woah playing through the remastered version of the game I'm getting twice as immersed as I was the first time through, it feels like my first playthrough again somehow. Looks fucking amazing at 60fps on ps4.

I loved this game, is left behind any good? Just haven't had the drive to pick that up yet.
It's pretty cool, you won't regret it if you enjoyed the main game. Fits perfectly into the story. Go for it!
I still think the [sp]kiss[/sp] was p dumb though. The message behind it is fine, but I felt it was a bit too much.

Actually went back to MP a few days ago - no issues with games. Forgot how much I enjoyed it.
I play the MP now and then on the PS4, I get really addicted once I do.
