You don't really need to take the models look 1:1 to in game sprites, just look at the Pybun models

The character was already redesigned to fit a 3D model, that Toriel is thinner than the sprite, and thus from an anatomical point of view, the shoulders are wrong. I don't get your point.

There, if you're so concerned about making the models the exact same as the sprites:

The shoulders start directly after her ears, but only extend a little bit beyond the head. In the model above, they're slightly wider than her head, considering it was re-sized to a more reasonable shape.

Her eyes are red when she's using magic. Maybe have a different texture for the eyes for when she's not? Something like a dark copper would look good.

I think the dark copper right at the bottom of the list would look best.
I'm not saying the models needs to be [I]identical [/I]to the sprite, just that if she has wide shoulders in the sprite, which she does, then I don't see why it's a problem in the model. They're not unreasonably wide. I don't think the model looks disproportional.

The model looks perfect to me, I'm usually really picky but there's no point in being picky about this, it looks fine :v:
(the hands do look kinda odd but maybe that's just the ambient occlusion, otherwise, meh, just move on already)

I honestly expected worse from what was mentioned. Concerning the "Yaoi Hands Mettaton" thing, I mean. The Toriel model's pretty damn neat with the headsculpt.
Yeah the Toriel model looks really nice. Of course, we can expect there to be a huge influx of SFM Undertale R34, but that's to be expected I guess.

From what I've seen of him, he sounds like a twat tbh
