Major pacifist spoilers, in case you have no idea what that is.
DSP playing Undertale? I wonder how much he'll be complaining/saying that Toby is a shit developer when it comes fighting the harder bosses in the game :smug:
nah, he's just going through it like a dumbass while giving zero thought on anything
You should, you won't regret it.
Okay, after clearing [sp]Alphys' hidden lab[/sp] I got a mysterious phonecall saying [sp]I'll be waiting[/sp] What now? Asgore respawned from the looks of it, should I fight him again?

It's best that you continue and find out for yourself.
Also [sp]Asgore didn't respawn, you loaded to before you fought him.[/sp]
I dunno how I ran into this but

"please credit me"?

It's pretty common for people to do that with sprite sheets.
Of course you can just use this site and put together the sprites instead of using a sprite sheet that just pasted the face onto the base.
hmmm..
[sp] Just discovered that Dogamy doesn't even fight back if you take Dogaressa out first. He just stands there feeling sorry of himself waiting for you to finish him off [/sp]
I do admit it caught me off guard. I thought he was gonna get mad and the attacks would be more vicious.
geno spoilers I guess
[sp]at first it was ok seeing art where at first it's all happy but then it slowly turns over to really sad because genocide run references or something but tbh now it's just getting annoying
like "hey look it's frisk hugging sans haha look they're being all playful and happy BUT HEY LOOK NOW IT'S SANS HUGGING FRISK AND IT'S BECAUSE SANS KILLED THEM AND THEY'RE DEAD IN HIS ARMS WITH BONES IN THEIR BACK HAHA WHAT A TWIST AMIRITE"
like can we please just have an undertale comic that doesn't end in some super edgy genocide reference[/sp]

I saw a comic like that on the subreddit earlier. They really do get annoying after a point.

Holy shit you were right, that was amazing. Is it normal to get really emotional at the ending? :v:
There should be more post-pacifist fanart, for a game based on being peaceful, there's alot of fan focus on the fighting side
[sp]I wonder if after the pacifist ending, would humans still remember why they put the monsters underground in the first place. Monsters can still take human souls. And since magic is confirmed given the barrier, would humans still have magic themselves?[/sp]

Yeah the pacifist ending gets most people really emotional, which is good because it's god damn amazing.
it's even more ironic when you realize during any of the three runs that [sp]literally every iota of suffering in the game was caused directly or indirectly by human beings[/sp]
why people are so hungry to corrupt a wholly-innocent setting is beyond me
it always struck me as weird that everybody wants to make the goofy skeleton friends all edgy and angry
but everyone also wants to make the violent demon child into some innocent little kid with a slight mean streak

People only give [sp]Chara[/sp] slack because he's canonically the only thing person confirmed to ever made [sp]Asriel[/sp] happy.

I'm still under the impression that [sp]human magic was a "stolen art" of sorts, that mortal warriors murdered the remaining Boss Monsters to claim their souls, giving rise to the Sorcerers who feared the power that monsters could potentially wield if a human lost their soul to them. But they didn't wish extinction upon monsterkind, and thus the seven Sorcerers that presumably led the human armies drove monsterkind deep into Mt Ebott, with Asgore and Toriel being the last Boss Monsters in existence.[/sp]
[sp]Eventually, the Sorcerers died off, and the Boss Monster souls vanished in kind, leaving the human world without any who could wield magic. After many centuries, I guess magic would have been dismissed as a fantasy of past kingdoms and would only be "rediscovered" when monsters returned to the world. And I guess humanity was a lot more mature and accepting of the monsters in their "modern era", if the credits sequence was any indication.[/sp]
To sum it all up, I too want to see more post-Pacifist fanart to balance out the Genocide fanart.

oh god..
[sp] what if post-pacifist, the world turns into shadowrun [/sp]

I think a lot of that stems from the [sp]theory that Chara is the narrator of not only genocide but also the pacifist and neutral runs. Which would add a ton of characterization for them[/sp]
Speaking of all this [sp]softy Chara[/sp] stuff, have some cute art. (spoilers for everything)

You know what's even funnier? Is that you would expect to be there a lot more post-pacifist art considering the ammount of people you see on the internet going all " Oh goodness no!! I would never do a genocide run. I don't want to stain my game file. I don't want to hurt anyone waaahh "
Do you ever imagine something so stupid, you think "I shouldn't draw this."
Me neither.

I wanna see everyone as Toriel :v:
[sp]Imagine if there were still humans that remembered the war with monsters and their soul stealing ability, like descendants of the sorcerers. They could interpret it as the return of a "sealed evil" when the monsters reenter the surface and reorganize. Kind of a twist on the whole "there was an ancient evil that was sealed, now it's back and it's up to the heroes to finish them off".[/sp]
[sp]Frisk's pacifism would really be put to the test then[/sp]
were the other human souls ever explicitly stated as children?
were the other human souls ever explicitly stated as children?
Not really, only that Toriel calls them her children right off the bat; but honestly I could easily see her taking care of some 50-year-old creepy fucker and loving them like anyone else while calling him her child. And considering some of the items you find, I don't think some of them were children.
I mean I at least hope some of them weren't [sp]what kind of a child carries a goddamn revolver while going about a mountain what[/sp]
Best girl

[sp]That's most likely just an toy to be honest, if the spite during the omega flowery fight is any bit accurate.[/sp]
I mean, I would really like to believe that [sp]Fallen humans[/sp] came to the underground from varying time periods and age but [sp]the true lab outright ruins that theory, at least the time period part.[/sp]
