I know it's a neutral expression but there's something just off. Same with the nose. The way it contours makes it appear more like a beak than a more dinosaur-like snout. It's a bit too short. Forehead needs to remain at relatively the same angle kinda similar to how she appears ingame. My friend who's making the Toriel model did a quick sketchup to illustrate this. It'd be cool to see the people of FP do more Undertale models. A lot of the other models made by people on the Workshop (Again, excluding Pybun) are either low quality or ugly.
