Now do a no healing item run.
It's a lot like fighting [sp]Sansaroodle[/sp] except the pain you feel is entirely self inflicted, completely undeserved and you feel fucking amazing after winning
Bonus if you also make it a stick and bandage run

And then do a no-damage, stick and bandage, no healing, and no saving run. [sp]And then do it Genocide[/sp]
the story of how I actually got into this game goes like this:
[sp] Saw undertale vids recommended on youtube, I watched the true ending. I cried. Bought the game knowing not much other than the six people at the end were super important. Wasn't expecting most of them to try killing me. Then I got to the Asgore fight in game and was expecting the cutscene which I was unaware wouldn't play because of the neutral route. This whole time, I was playing through the game with my two brothers, 10 and 12 years old. the first time we saw Omega Flowey, and he did the laugh, they both screamed, one on either side of me, in stereo. So that was fun. Got to the true end not too long after that, and then the three of us begged and pleaded with my sister to play the game. we played through it again with her, while doing voices for all the characters. At the end, right after the last fight, while you're talking to little Asriel and frisk hugs him, my youngest brother broke down in tears reading his lines. It was the most precious thing I've ever seen. [/sp]
I bet i'm late on this, but future patches and bugfixes are probably gonna be analyzed now
(Neutral spoilers)
I love seeing [sp]the Steam Notifications appear repeatedly[/sp] when a friend is playing through [sp]the Flowey boss[/sp]
That one was quite easy for me, I just [sp]circled around and avoided a few projectiles. Ended up with very low life almost always, but it's not hard to restore it after ACTing on the special stages. On the Finale part, as long as you pick the healing item everytime you see it, that+avoiding one or two bullets+post-hit invincibility time should be enough.[/sp]
I definitely had a harder time with Muffet. [sp]Got no healing items, and it's so far from the city I thought it'd take too long to reach, so I had to memorize her attacks until after the pet's 2nd attack, and use the discounted pay for low damage veery strategically.[/sp]. Almost crashed Pacifist with that one.
I really wish there was some sort of mouse control for the fight segments

Probably just more magic glass.

I kept dying because I thought [sp]the save state attack was when he actually saved each soul segment and dying to refill your health was the solution so you could keep fightng while he saved after taking damage.[/sp]
On my neutral run [sp]I learned that occasionally throwing yourself at him like a dumbass wasn't the solution and it autosaved[/sp] Only died once at the start of the fight. [sp]The fight felt harder than after the first death.[/sp]
Toby's tweets continue to be great.

I love how the menu selector is just Undyne's head, and the heart battle sprite is Asgore

I especially love the double stretched Onion-san.
[sp]and garbage alphys[/sp]
Progress has slowed down with [sp]3D Asriel[/sp]since I'm not that great with textures, but so far the facial expressions are turning out alright (I'm redoing them in Krita because using vectors is nice). True Pacifist Spoiler Preview
I'm not too worried about the human, I mean if he were to smile then it wouldn't be considered canon anymore. :dogcited:
Anyone famous outside of gaming caught wind of Undertale yet?

give me a way to practice the bullet hell sections easily and i might be able to

his head seems kinda squished. or maybe the ears are too high up
Anyone famous outside of gaming caught wind of Undertale yet?
does it count if i'm famous with nothing?
that's technically outside of gaming
his head seems kinda squished. or maybe the ears are too high up
Squished which way, horizontally or vertically (I can't tell, sorry)? And it might be a little too late for the ears... Whoopsie.
Can someone tell me what's so good about this game? I always see people praising it like Christians praise God. It just looks boring to me.

tallways. going off the sprite I think the head should be a bit taller and a bit less wide

Son you didn't even play the game. No wonder you're asking us about the positives.

This is all it took to get me into Undertale.
