Like seriously this has been kind of rolling around for awhile now- current theory going around is they meant to make it so the olympic skins have a higher drop rate but fucked up and just made golds in general pop more often.
That explains why I ahve pretty much every legendary for every class I dont play.
And yet I can't get a simple voiceline to drop.
I must be in the bad side of RNG then, because I only 2 legendary items since this update.

Sure it doesn't feel like that, so very often the games are just one sided.
Every time I get Gold medals and I consider myself a shit player I think about how much worse my teammates are. Only if I get Bronze I can tell people on my team are better.

You know what I love when playing Widowmaker? When an enemy Reaper thinks its a good idea to teleport nearby me.
Heads up, I can hear you saying "Repositioning" and can see the black smoke. I literally have like a whole 2 seconds to charge and aim where your head is about to materialize and KERSPLOOSH, you're gone before you can even realize what a terrible mistake you've made.
Just got out of a game where that happened like 3 times.

I hope they buff RIP-Tire soon. Now that everyone knows that you can destroy it by sneezing in its general direction, it's completely useless 90% of the time.

Mind explaining why? Maybe I'm just bad at Junkrat, but as it is, it's basically a shittier Self-destruct. When that happens, the enemy actually needs to look for shelter, whereas with RIP-Tire, they can just move about 5 meters apart from each other, shoot at it and then resume their capping activities.
I'm not saying its HP needs to be doubled or that it needs to be made completely quiet, just something along the lines of not losing all your charge the instant you press Q and not being able to die from it would be a good start in my opinion.

it's about getting it in fast enough, usually if you do it from a distance they'll kill it but if you get above them and give them no time then it's easy to pull off imo
