I have everything set to the lowest possible options
I can't even see the characters faces just blobs
Fuck I can't imagine playing at 50% render scale
I feel like the neighbourhood poor kid

Bandwith is a very big expense for the most popular team shooter in the world.
I mean, no one really complained except maybe the pros and the elitists who find 20 tick update way way too low to be able to do any dodges in the game.

I'm either going to be absolutely unstoppable now, or astoundingly awful.
This should be fun.
Defeat defeat defeat defeat. I am getting real sick of seeing that word. While being rewarded for my efforts with bad loot boxes.
This is the 5th bloody time I have gotten this torb skin. I've gotten it so many times I don't want to use it just out of spite.

Just let us buy these skins already. Blizzard can take this whole "We want these items to feel rare and spacial" and shove it up where the sun don't shine.
Fuck I can't imagine playing at 50% render scale
I put render scale low so I can turn all the other settings up :v:
looks like the game wants you to stay a bit under your placement rank forever. Been three days and can't get out of rank 42 at all, keeps going back and forth between 41 and 44.
Also I really hope I finally get past level 100 before the end of the event so I can get more lootboxes. I need any of the Tracer skins but the game keeps giving me litteraly everything else.
Sweating my ass and balls off, getting near 70% kill participation with 76, 5 gold medals, defended payload till the very end and my team decides to suddenly not give a fuck.
Also what's up with the matchmaking in quick, I'm constantly facing tryhards, premades who are higher level than me, they always play comp, my team consists of bunch of crap that makes 0 sense. I haven't won a single game again (in a very long time), currently I have more losses than wins, it's not 50/50 as it should be, it's other way around and it doesn't matter how well I'm playing.
New tracer highlight intro is trash and I got it twice :v:
At least the tracer highlight intro plays out in full. The junkrat one cuts off just before the bomb hits the ground.
I don't understand this logic. We were losing pretty badly and someone said "are we gonna cap the point" and then someone else said something like "bad team". And then they just stood at spawn spamming "Hello" to each other. I'm sorry but if the team isn't good then how is actively not playing going to make it any better? That just bothered me.
At least most of my games have been good. Not all balanced but at least there's nobody complaining or yelling at each other. Actually the other night this guy was on the mic as a healer and he got our asses in shape. We got to the end of the payload and still lost, but damn that was a great match. So much coordination and teamwork. I wish all the matches I play were like that.
Before I was thinking about how Ana's biotic grenade healing prevention and how it doesn't really mesh with the rest of her moveset (to me at least). When playing/supported by Ana her grenade is almost entirely used to supply a quick burst of health to a group of players instead of preventing troublesome enemy players from healing. Same goes with enemy Ana players - I've very rarely been in a situation where I've been critically impaired by her nade's status effect. All it usually does is provide a brief moment of annoyance and confusion before I remember "oh yeah that's a thing".
Now a lot of people might disagree with me on this, but I actually think that sort of status effect would suit the design philosophy of a character like Zenyatta a whole lot more. I would put it like this:

Right now Zen is an offensive healer who can also 'target' enemy players using his discord, whereas Ana is a ranged healer who is supposed to be able to boost or negate the delivery of health. Makes sense, but I think switching the offensive capabilities of the two would make their roles more concise:

This way Ana's supporting role is purely that of a 'booster' whereas Zen's role is slightly redefined as someone who can selectively 'open' or 'close' the flow of health. I'm not necessarily saying a change like this would be a good thing, just that it makes more sense to me.

I don't know of anyone who didn't complain
Just won 2 matches in comp with really good teams, from 54 to 56 and followed by the new mercy skin (which is not really good because I also unboxed the viking one:s:)
wont be surprised if The last Bastion has a sombra secret hidden in it.
Having to deal with a Tracer that constantly singles you out as Zenyatta with a team that refuses to kill her is hell on earth.
I get sad whenever I see a cherrypicked console highlight like on the last page.
Like yeah slow reaction times on one team but you mean to tell me that everyone that plays on PC is hyper aware or super quick to react to being attacked? I mean really now, comments like this are super silly and rile me up a bit.
Genji would immediately be nerfed the next day on consoles.
Like c'mon now.

I genuinely believe if you took 6 random pc players and 6 random console players and had them play matches, the pc players would stomp the console players almost every time

Well isn't that common sense
KB+M is way, way better than controller

I'm not saying a controller is as good as M+K, or that Controller players would win every time tho.
I'm saying if you put a controller in a PC players hand and expect them to instantly school everyone because "HEH PC players are inherently skilled pros who know the game WAY better" you're being really unfair and wrong. Especially when it's mostly based off a Reaper killing a distracted team with his ultimate.
Silliest comparison I can think of: It's like saying I can speedrun Aladdin on the SNES because I played the Genesis version and mastered it.

A reminder that Torb and Symm got a 30% damage nerf to compensate for slower and less precise aiming on consoles.
Console players aren't better or worse at the game then pc players, but their choice in hardware puts them at a severe disadvantage compared to PC players which would result in worse performance on their part.

I don't think Symmetra got nerfed, just Torb.
Also I'm not sure if that actually ever went out either as I haven't noticed any change with the turrets to be honest (though Torb is a dying race on Consoles as well as everyone can handle him with 0 effort anyway.)
And once again, I'm not talking about hardware. I'm talking about player skill. Using the above statement as a example let's say Seagull or another namebrand Genji main went to console to play- I'm not saying he'd be bad or anything but he'd have the same slower turn speed and handling with sticks as anyone else which would impair him quite a lot.
It's not a reasonable statement to make because it's not like playing on the PC beforehand instantly makes him smarter about the game in every way or more skilled in a version that he hasn't touched before then those that have been playing it all this time.
What should be taken from that Reaper clip is just that "haha Mercy rez'd everyone undoing that work" instead of "lol console players, that would neeever happen on PC".

I think you're misunderstanding. We're saying that if you put console players and PC players in the same server, both using their respective hardware (i.e. console plebs have controllers and PC fags have M+K), the PC players would win more consistently.
Saying that a PC player could pick up a controller and just dominate is just silly, because that's not what he/she is used to.

I'm not talking about hardware or disagreeing with this. It's been proven before that this is the case and it's not like it doesn't make sense anyway

20 tick rate is pathetic no matter how you look at it, and it's painfully noticeable even in casual play
On the bright side. I have the coins to trick out Sombra. The way they are hinting at her she seems like a kind of person I would like playing as.
The game was never 20 tick, it had a 20Hz server to client update rate.

I don't think Judas meant that a PC player would be inherently better regardless of hardware. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
