That would be just as bad tbh. I have yet to play any game where a skill that increased the timer of your cooldowns was any fun to play against.
He needs a complete rework, like I really don't just want "Zenyatta but weak" again.
I mean 60tick is a step in the right direction but you still get some bs.

You can clearly hear me go into my cryo-freeze, you see the effect. On the killcam I haven't even left the ground. It also didn't go on cooldown.

He shouldn't be able to re-apply it to the same player over and over every time.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with the way being able to get simultaneous hitscan kills on the same tick is written. The game performs hit detection for everyone, then applies the damage/effects in a separate pass so you don't die before you get a chance to fire. In this case the game decides Roadhog hooks you, still lets you iceblock, then applies the effect of the hook afterwards at the end of the tick.
I always wondered why an amazing ability like Discord orb didn't have a cooldown.

It was likely still on 20, the 60 rollout isn't on all servers, enable performance stats and look at the numbers to confirm if its 20 or 60.
Also its not tick.
He has netgraph on and his interp delay is 21 ms so it's a 60Hz server.
His death was also within his round trip time to the server so it has nothing to do with update rate and there's nothing wrong
Solo queuing for quickplay I'm like lvl 92 and we get in a match, my team consisted up 1 lvl 80 and 4 other people levels 20 and below, we are not in groups. Enemy team consisted of lvls 70s and above and majority of them are in groups. We got fucking wiped
How the fuck did matchmaking even think that was okay?!

No one is really sure how matchmaking works anymore. What we do know is that they will put you against a team that is way better then you 50% of the time.
Tracer's jumps need to recharge [I]way[/I] slower.
Seeing a shitty level 17 Tracer outmaneuver several members of a team mostly in their level 30s and 40s, and successfully camp their spawn for almost two minutes straight is fucking awful.

If she's good enough to keep most of a team in spawn on her own she deserves it, the game shouldn't be balanced around players who can't kill one Tracer
Had the shittiest luck playing today.
Died from so much stay bullets from McCrees. All headshots. Each time I looked at kill cams, they were always aiming at someone else. They are shooting, miss that one shot that goes straight into my head.
I think it was like 5 or so, 2 in the same match. Doesn't help that the last few matches, no one was around me when I was healing so I always ended up losing my confrontations. Especially in Illios.
Bad day I guess.
I don't even mind Tracer after what Genjis been doing.

The difference between getting killed by a Tracer and getting killed by a Genji is that when I get killed by a Tracer, it feels fair. It's annoying but I can rest easy knowing that one of my teammates can kill her without a problem, and the fact that she has no other jobs anyways really helps.
Genji on the other hand feels insulting to be killed by. It feels flat out unfair and obnoxious since he's flat-out OP and has very little counters.

There is a side effect to D.va's ult. It has the power to make a whole team that was just on the point disappear even though there was no where they could have gone in time to avoid it. I don't understand how people are able to get teamkills with it.

I dunno.
Nine times out of ten I'd rather fight a Genji, personally. Then again, I play Rheinhardt/Roadhog primarily.
I find tracer's practically infinite ability to jump away from harm really annoying. At least with Genji I have a chance of knocking him out more often than not, unless he's ulting I guess, but even then I can get a good hook or an earthshatter and be done with him.
Tracer on the other hand is still susceptible to both, but she has an almost effortless job avoiding them it seems.

I will never understand how they get away when the only place to hide is towards us and none of them do that.

Never Detonate on the ground, If you want the explosion to be where you are throw it vertically in the air.
Its the only way to really get kills with it, it still suffers from being piss easy to escape if you have a brain. Anything that breaks line of sight will save you from it.
While I am talking about ults. What is the range of Reinhardt's? Seems kinda random when people right in front of me get knocked down or not.

It has a range larger than one would think. It has some really janky hitboxes sometimes, though. (then again, at this point, that's apparently a feature of the game considering it's almost a universal problem with everyone's kit. :v: )

You can actually kill more of 6 targets with his ultimate, there are few videos of people doing that in the training range.
