[t]https://feen.us/ecbf0gpoqoi3alqigr2y.png[/t] Am I just getting bad luck, or is comp getting more and more toxic
5820k oc + fury x = 90-100 fps on ultra.

Guy picked Tracer in defense and we lost like shit.
Just changed the resolution, intense changes, able to smoothly run oh higher settings.
shit man i rock the same setup what resolution did you put? im planning on either 576p or 540p extreme i know but 60fps is 60 fps you got to 60?
In a game like overwatch resolution can be as important as fps.
eh I can live with 960x540, KF2 doens't look that bad on that resolution I have endured GTA 4 at 800x600 on 15 fps, I can handle that :v: Plus 540p is 16:9 so streching wont be as much of an issue
In saying that we should all change to 1024x768 4:3 stretched :v:
The one and true meta :v: [sp]thank jesus that 576p exists otherwise I'd be forced to use black bars on games, stretching doens't work in my laptop for whatever reason[/sp]
In saying that we should all change to 1024x768 4:3 stretched :v: [sp]I'm obviously joking please don't do this[/sp]
I would play 1440x1080 if I could actually play CS:GO-esque black bars (on the left/right), I hate stretched so much and I feel like my eyes wander too much on 16:9. :v:
You mentioned earlier you play on 720p, that's 16:9 though, isn't it?
Hence the would, the problem is that I cannot play 4:3 on Overwatch because it's stretched to the left and right with black bars on the top and bottom. I'd like the black bars on the left/right and stretched to the top/bottom (aspect ratio scaling) but that's not an option.
why do people constantly shit on me for choosing genji? is he easy mode or something? he's my favourite dude and I only ever play him on attack and usually end up with gold medals also i've notice that always with online team games there is nothing but team blaming. not once have i ever seen someone just consider the fact that the other team is doing good, it's always "im/we're doing horrible" or "you guys are useless/fuck my team". it happens all too often in this game. other team scores point -> someone points fingers -> team morale disintegrates -> team loses.

And that also happens in this thread God forbids someone like playing hanzo (which is one of the most hated character of overwatch in the overwatch thread serie???) McCree/Junkrat/Bastion (even tought i hate him, fuck bastion)/Mei They'll get fixed eventually

Mei is the only hero in my opinion that can legitimately fuck up your own team I don't care if you're the best Mei in the world, there's still a chance your wall can fuck up someone's ult or charge or attack. So please never use ice walls unless you are talking with your team or you notice an ult that you can save people from

What does render scale even change graphically? I've noticed it looked a little nicer at 150% over 100% but I can't really tell the main difference.
Because most Genjis are terrible players that do jackshit for the team.
Genji can get rid of bastions, deflect block S76's ultimate, disrupt any Rein position, and his ult can clear objectives in a few swipes. genji does a lot for the team
Genji can get rid of bastions, deflect block S76's ultimate, disrupt any Rein position, and his ult can clear objectives in a few swipes. genji does a lot for the team
He said most Genji players A lot of them just spam their shurikens and miss 70% of the time, he takes a lot of skill to play properly. Most average players would be better off going any of the other offense heroes.
A good Genji is something to be feared as they can fuck your shit up no problem the only problem is that the number of bad Genji's vastly outweigh the good ones most people who play Genji only play Genji and refuse to switch off of Genji when the situation calls for it, in addition to their all too common cancerous attitudes
Got invited to a game with a friend of a friend and figured I'd practice Genji for fun. Holy cow this was one of the best rounds I've ever had and I'm thrilled about it- especially after my embarrassing start where I just fumbled at a widowmaker. :v: Gosh I'm happy.
The past few loot boxes have gotten me the Captain Amari skin, then a victory pose for Ana, and now an emote for Ana. I think the game wants me to play Ana.

If she hadn't done that we probably would've lost as well :v:.
Fuck render times in Vegas.
What does render scale even change graphically? I've noticed it looked a little nicer at 150% over 100% but I can't really tell the main difference.
It's super sampling. It renders the game at a higher res than your monitor, then downscales it.
7:26 Oh dear lord that was terrifying.
I'd like to pretend I had that under control but nah. I thought "Oh I'll reflect the incoming ult" then suddenly McCree swarm I genuinely have no idea how I lived honestly but hey I made it a highlight because it's funny to see happen. I played against a cheater, who was snapping to heads through walls, and whatnot. The only thing was, he had some sort of auto-fire or whatnot on his gun, so every time he snapped to someone (even if they were behind a wall) he'd shoot. Our Zarya never left 60% charge, and we stomped because of it.
You know, some days you just need to dedicate to fucking around in quick play. I never really get to play DPS in comp so there is something therapeutic in just picking McCree and clicking on people good.
