Our team was a bunch of randoms ranked at around 53-66 (already huge disparity) and the other team had an 80 and a 77. What the fuck blizz lmao, the most recent patch just completely made quickplay unplayable I swear to god

Yeah probably, I've also been just destroyed by seagull level genjis that are SR 50 or so, so I think that SR isnt really a good metric of peoples skill because some pople just dont like comp and only play quickplay

Still sort of frustrating watching my winrate go from 60 to 50 the more I play though, I cant get a positive winrate any day of the week anymore, its just impossible

I'm not a competitive guy, but I think the system of basing your rank on your entire team's performance is incredibly stupid.
I was in a match as Lucio and my team was really bad. I kept my team alive and made some pushes that helped keep our time going, but we ultimately lost.
I had 3 golds and de-ranked. :why:

When I queue with friends our rank gain and loss is generally different, it is somewhat based on personal performance. I lose almost nothing and gain loads at rank 60

Holy smokes there are a lot of smurfs now, every game has at least 2-3. How do people afford this, I understood in CSGO where everyone had 2-3 smurfs because it was a cheap game that went on sale a lot but this is 40 bucks.
