Yo, I noticed when characters talk with pistols out they kinda hold them with two hands like a rifle. Is that just bethbryo shittiness or an actual bug I can fix?
That's actually an obscure russian shooting technique. It allows for greater accuracy, due to fear of shooting fingers. [editline]15th August 2016[/editline]
I hope the mesmetron makes a comeback too if slavers are returning. I know it's meant to just pacify humans temporarily, but I always liked when it would sometimes cause spontaneous head explosions, or it frenzied them.
I hope they bring back fallout 2 style slaving, where you just beat their heads the fuck in with a nightstick and drag them back to the pen.
You know, I think I might actually play a (sort of, maybe just initially) bad guy for once. My character is young and nuka-obsessed and enjoying a life without rules and so may be easily influenced by the raider lifestyle. Not like Mr Army-Man Nate or law school graduate Nora. Give her something to really complain about.
I would like to see Fallout: New Miami or something similar. The australia of america and the wildlife post-war. That or a sequel set in NYC, the big apple itself. Honestly what other notable cities or locations can you do.
I won't rest until I launch the latest Fallout game, go through the cinematic intro, fade to black, and then fade back in to hear [sp]"Aloha, smoothskin."[/sp]

Hell, I'd beg for a job working as an artist on this title.
ngl i'd like to see a TES6 or Fallout 5 Wind Waker "Boatbuilding mechanics! It's completely optional though, all up to the player, you can just swim between islands instead!" - Todd

Surfing/water skis minigame See that shark? You can jump it
Anyone have any idea what the real life equivalent to 5mm is supposed to be? I assume by application and in-game model it's a 7.62x51 and not a .22LR like the name would suggest.
Live dismemberment is my dream mod, but is there a realistic version of it so you don't have people casually strolling around with bleeding stumps and shit?
Getting really worried now. There's no hint of a pump action shotgun or a BB gun in the DLC.
So slaves are back. And we can have settlements be raider settlements. Does this mean we can have plantations? :v:. Also if there was a raider ending to the game added, I would forgive Beth for everything, and replay Fallout 4 for that reason and that reason alone.
be wary of spoilers everyone, just so you know. edit: any new robot parts? i want my auto-cannons dammit.
Surfing/water skis minigame See that shark? You can jump it
New aquatic companion: Sharkmeat.
I want to hope I finally get a beta code for the last DLC they're releasing for the game, but I know the reality is just like the other 5, I won't get selected.
Create 20 different flavours of Nuka-Cola? Well there goes wanting them to brink back Quartz, we'll just make that shit ourselves. :v:

I'll probably just make up some bullshit muzzle velocities and energy somewhere between 5.56 and 7.62 Once I finish all the vanilla boolets can I send you the .esp to test out? Always good to have an outside opinion
I won't rest until I launch the latest Fallout game, go through the cinematic intro, fade to black, and then fade back in to hear [sp]"Aloha, smoothskin."[/sp]
I think Hawaii is the one region that would have no knowledge of anything post-war. Like, the moment the bombs dropped Hawaii was left untouched and cut off from all communications with the mainland. Society there went on assuming the US won the war and would shortly re-establish communications. Generations pass by and still nothing when eventually they send out a ship to see what happened and go 'wtf, where is everyone?'
https://euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/#details/trademarks/015737133 https://euipo.europa.eu/copla/image/CJ4JX4FZVCC523YA2TMALSKFLHJSU2T5CARBWAAYJZM2R4B2IQNYI6527DPPX7OQFRBYAUVTVY23U fake or no? friend sent me this.
Definitely fake. They wouldn't use that font for "New Orleans," Beth couldn't release a second FO game right after just releasing one, and I highly doubt Obsidian's been working on it under our noses.

It's not like anybody was particularly selective about targets back in the war.

You start out on a ship from Hawaii to see what the hell's happened to the world and you get there, something happens to totally fuck your ship, and that's what starts the game. All you're forced into background-wise is "you were born in Hawaii and you've volunteered to scout the U.S." [editline]15th August 2016[/editline]
It's not like anybody was particularly selective about targets back in the war.
I doubt they'd target Hawaii for that very reason. Why aim at a small island when you can aim for mainland U.S.A./newly annexed Canada and do the most damage? [editline]15th August 2016[/editline]
Well, it's more to demonstrate that there is a market for a spin off, not a main title. (aka not Bethesda "quality") I just want another Obsidian title. New Vegas is like the only RPG with such a solid world and writing that immersion is guaranteed straight out of the gate, no matter how dated and crap the actual gameplay is.
New Vegas is probably my #1 favorite RPG of all time.

You were working for the Enclave all along." near the end for a plot twist as you now have to head back to Hawaii to stop the now Hawaiian Enclave from trying to purge the mainland, again, with FEV water or some other insane bullshit. Maybe we could get an awesome naval battle for the first time in a end game final battle.
Nuka World achievements https://imgur.com/a/jFinV
"Complete 12 quests for any Nuka-World Raider Gangs." Oh no. Ooooooh noooooo.

However, it found a new life as linked, belt fed ammunition for man-portable miniguns on the battlefield. It has also been retained as the ammunition of choice for paratrooper assault carbines, due to its light weight and portability.
high velocity explains the DT stuff too but if the 5.56 is technically more powerful wouldn't that be running with an even higher velocity?
"Complete 12 quests for any Nuka-World Raider Gangs." Oh no. Ooooooh noooooo.
all 12: go to this abandoned ride and kill the monsters

damn that's a lot of new posts, what did i miss?
damn that's a lot of new posts, what did i miss?
A new lore friendly titty mod obviously.
